got a ticket for in excess of 100mph . (clocked me at 105) when really i was just slowing down from hittin 150 ! also i have a permit and was driving at night , so he hit me for that also and they impounded my baby .....

 not sure how much it will be to get it out and definatly not looking forward to court and how much the ticket will be ...

  . the way i see it ill be screwed in the ass by the court and end up givin alota money to the city for this .  damit ! why does the bike goo soOoOoOoOoOo f**kin fast and the speed limits are soo low

?   anyone els got an outstanding ticket for going over 100 plus ?? i know this is hayabusa.org and not honda trail 90 .org so you guys should have some good stories on getting it stuck to ya by "the man"

if you didn't even go to jail you are extremely lucky.

my 1st jail experience (on a bike) i was flyin along a 2 lane road, had been for like 3 or 4 miles.
didn't make a stop sign (i was young and inexperienced) soon after that a cop pulls up next to me with his gun pointed at me. then he runs me into the ditch. he had been chasin me for a while, i never even knew it with the lid on. went to court and beat the fleeing rap.

last time, i stood er up on the seawall in galveston (which i've donr prolly 100x) and proceeded to work.
little did i know, a cop had seen me and pulled out after me, but she caused a wreck and stayed there, but radioed ahead.
another cop saw me at work and held me for her and i got a wreckless driving rap. there was another little charge i wont go into now

but i went before the da, told him to just jail me, i'm broke.
he gave me an option to drop 1 of the 2 charges

i chose to drop the wreckless, to keep my clean driving record

You might want to consider selling the bike for money considering you're broke.  Then you can afford a lawyer and it'll look favorable in court because its gone.

If you don't get a lawyer, definitely talk with the DA and explain your finances and maybe consider the jail time in exchange for lower fines like craigntx did.  See what the DA might offer you.



I know how harsh Cali is about 30 over and over 100mph.  I always "try" to keep it under a hundred just in case.

I save the 100+ speeds for trackdays now

i have never had insurance on any of my bikes ..... and thankfully he didint ask about insurance at all . not one time did it come up in all of our over 1 hour conversation before the tow truck got there to pick up my bike . its not that i choose not to have insurance ..... its once again the fact that jobs are getting harder and harder to find ..... even with the proper welding certifications i have , the fact im fresh outa tech school is killing my chances . and no the military never was one of my choices of things to do in life ..... i like shooting .... but i hate getting shot at .

and no , i hate burger king . and i hated high school . and i never really "hang out" anywhere but at red lights . turns green then i go . the only places ive been going to are shops to apply for jobs . went through atleast 3 tanks of gas soo far going back and forth and all over town putting in applications .... and yes ive since learned a lession ............ i check my mirors when i go fast ...and i dont do it at night . still trying to get rid of the busa for 4 wheels . fiance' hates my bike and hates me riding it . plus i cant afford anymore tickets much less the one i have . im really looking into a classic car (pre 73) Gm or Mopar. untill i find a good car thats worth what the busa is then im still gonna enjoy the good gas mileage and speed while i can .
if i can take jail time in exchange for cheeper price on my wallet then ill do it .

Whens your court date? Also if anyone cares everytime you move to a state you can get a squeaky clean driving record with your new state license.

I beg to differ with this statement, as most states are computer connected. Now they check drivers records before issuing new licenses.

Here ia a guy who can't afford to pay any fees for the stupid crap he just did...and he is "to good" to work at Burger King. Last time i checked Burger King gave workers paychecks. Thats a heck of a lot more than your getting now. You just wasted 3 tanks of gas driving around looking for jobs....lets add that up...and we will say he was on his Busa.....and we will use the gas prices from here in KC. $3.92/gal....busa has a 5 gal tank.....so that = $19.60 per tank and x3 = $58.80.....not bad for an unemployed person to waste.

?? but ive never laid any bike down ! ever ! (knock on wood) . i dont ride wheelies on public roads , or do stopies and other stupid sh*t . the only illegal thing ive ever done on my busa is go over the speed limit (somtimes) and every time ive done it it was out of town in the middle of no where......... the only time ive got a ticket was the one time i sped on the edge of town , on my way outa town out .....(lesson learned)!!
so you guys flogg the hell outa me if youd like cuz im sure it brings you guys great pleasure to talk sh*t to someone you dont know or have never met much less ever will . but think about what your saying and this thread for that matter next time you pull back the right grip in 6th on your bike and hear it open up and feel the power .......
i thought maby the people on hayabusa.org would have some crazy bad ass speeding ticket stories to tell or the one time they almost lost it at (???) mph but brought it back ........ but no ..... they just like to talk lots of crap and ride the speed limit every day all day 365 days a year . and they never get tickets for exceeding the speed limit . and they always find jobs right when they need them and they never fu*k up . ok well im gona say peace to everyone thats like that. hope i never come across anyone of you who just has B.S coming outa your mouth .

I am no saint. I've got 184mph on my GPS from my last ride. Oklahoma City to Witchita KS without dropping under 100mph. Ran the Dragon 3 times.

At no time have I ever gave it the berries without knowing that I was willing to pay the price for my actions. (License, court fees, jail time, whatever.) And I have always had insurance.

I am sure you are just a great guy. But your bragging is about on par with a kid bragging about knocking up his fourteen year old girlfriend.
