Chris Moore has the first gen 3 turbo.

Haven’t watched the video but has he said any numbers yet?

302hp on 3lbs of boost on 93 octane
372hp on 9lbs of boost on E85 octane
But these are safe early numbers
Also has a sensor so it automatically adjusts to whatever fuel you put in it.
Says 700 hp is possible.
No prices yet either, as they don't know if/what changes may be needed yet.

Well, so far it's pistons, rods, plenum, injectors, single throttle body, Garrette turbo, aftermarket ecu, and then some.
Plus the tune.
No kit prices yet, but figure on $$$
Plus a $20k bike to start.
With HTP saying 700hp is possible, it should stop some of the hate, and yeah, any good turbo bike isn't cheap, but I think most of the hate comes from people expecting a little more right out of the crate.
Regardless, a pump gas 300hp bike is awesome no matter how you look at it.
HTP also said the stock crank, transmission, output shaft, and block can hold the power, so impressive no matter what.

Yeah, I'de have to agree with that.
It's not my thing(probably would be if I was younger and there was a local scene), but I still think it's cool.
I have a grudge car (camaro) and a roll car (z06) and originally the SS was the car that left the garage most, but people can afford cars (and bikes) they don’t have the talent to drive so street racing as a traditional thing has dried up. Real easy to finance a HellCat/Z06/A10 Mustang/Busa/H2/etc and click off 60-150 just mashing the gas never having to learn how to race/drive/launch a car from a dig.

Plus depending on what state you live in, the rise of takeovers/sideshows has made it significantly harder to get a street prepped and a race off without the cops being on you in minutes. A pack of 20-40 cars can slow a freeway down to make pulls much “safer” as far as police are concerned. I enjoy both, but roll racing is definitly 90% of the street scene now.

I did both but I actually enjoyed roll racing on the street cause 280 whp on anytire from a dig on a street is pointless unless it was pre-prepped which I've only seen and did once around here. Hell even a roll with dragmax in second or first and I still had traction issues with a SWB. These cars and bikes now adays are way way faster than even when I was in highschool.

I'll probably rarely do a dig with the corvette due to how hard it is on them.

Wonder how the turbo G3 would fare against the TTS supercharged one in the UK

On pump gas, as a reliable daily driver, they seem pretty close on paper, with the sc being much cheaper(even with no turbo prices yet). I bet the turbo itself costs around what the whole sc kit costs.
The turbo has potential for alot more power, alot.
For a stock wheelbase, big hp daily rider, I'de go sc all day. It's simpler, and more practical, as I'm turning left and right.
For drag, roll, or lsr, the turbo for big power and speed.

Id go for the SC with a 1441 kit from Carpenters. Get some displacement with a head porting and new cams. Would definitely surpass the 300 mark and still stay reliable.

For US riders I would think a system "Made in the USA" by HTP would be a big selling point....

With any warranty issues, shipping it to HTP would be far more cost efficient than shipping it to TTS in the UK.

....and who within North America would be setting up the TTS unit?

Yep, HTP says that it will have a warranty, and they machine their plenums and many other parts in house, so that's great to see.
But, TTS has a good reputation too, so other than shipping times(which can be suprisigly quick, I got a Black Widow exhaust direct from the UK in 4 days with their basic shipping rate), hopefully there would be no issues.
