It goes like this as I have stated before.
Employer "A" needs a cheap worker to do stuff good honest americans won't do. So, he puts an add out in Spanish that goes something like this. "Necesitamos ayuda en Restaurante Chili's"
Worker "A" sees said add or more likely hears through his peer network about help wanted. Worker "A" then acquires a random active social security number through an entrepenuer. Worker "A" goes to employer "A" and gets work with this fake ID that the employer knows is fake but doesn't care as long as he can fill the IRS form W2. This results in Social Security deductions being taken from the measely paycheck that is cashed at a the check cashing joint that takes a hefty cut of the earnings for just cashing the check. Then well guess what? Federal and State income tax withholdings are taken too. But worker "A" never files for it because he just doesn't want to leave a trail of evidence to leading to his residence.

I must admit, even though you and I pick on each other, you are right about this...
It happens every day...

I have a question...
If it is so bad for the illegal immigrant criminals to get here and find a way around the system, why do they come here at all...
And more important, why don't they put as much effort into cleaning up the corruption in the sh!thole of a country they call their own (Mexico) and make it as great a place as the U.S.
I have never understood the act of running away from the problem instead of standing up to the corrupt Government and making the changes needed...
Mexico is a beautiful Country with great natural resources...

Mexico is not a land of opportunity contrary to the United States which is just too easy to reach by any means necessary. Heck if people from a country across the Pacific ocean (China) are willing to be put in shipping containers for weeks to get the the US don't you think that taking a bus for a day or two and jumping a fence is worth it? It would take a revolution to change Mexico into an competitive capitalist economy. Revolutions usually leave a lot of dead in their wake.
When was the last time you risked dying or being "disappeared" to change your country? Don't even say your time in the service because that has nothing to do with changing your nation.

I think he's grouping the border jumping, fence climbing, criminals that come into our country and lead a life of crime. Lets face it, once you commit a crime (i.e. Illegally crossing a border) it makes it EASIER on your moral being to commit another crime (lets say, car theft, or maybe pocket picking... Forming gangs in LA that fight violently for territory... STEALING AN IDENTITY, which, consequently, leads to forging a signature, which is another federal crime). Now, I'm not saying ALL Illegal immigrants are bad, some have no choice. But let's face it, most of the illegal immigrants either become criminals, or take some jobs that honest Americans ARE willing to do, but Jose is willing to do it CHEAPER. And the fact I'M paying some of them to stay here because they don't want to work just pisses me off more. Don't start with "They stole Bubah's SS#, cause he collects welfare, and he's well enough to work" crap either. Bubbah pisses me off just as much. But, the way I see it, America is being INVADED by Mexico, and we need to take care of that problem first.

Let's see those statistics that confirm your statement of Most illegal mexicans become hard criminals. Don't have any, ah yeah I thought so..

The violently territorial latino gangs are not formed by illegal mexican immigrants. They are actually a newer breed, and are called MARA Salvatrucha. These guys come from Central American countries such as El Salvador, Nicaragua and others in the region. Many are former child soldiers that were educated very similarly to the (cambodian/communist) KMHER Rouge in their value for human life. Therefore, commiting murder is like a walk in the park to them because they were wasting people as soon as they could carry and fire an AK-47. So with that type of education breaking into cars is small time and more so they diversify into other criminal enterprise such as the distribution of street drugs which leads to territorial conflicts.
So how many of your buddies are at the unemployment office because they lost their job picking produce, washing dishes, bussing tables or working construction to a better qualified illegal worker?
If Mexico was invaded around 150 years ago by the United States and it's Northern lands stolen for the sake of the gold rush, then wouldn't you say today's situation is interesting reciprocity?
