Many important job functions were eliminated and now I am left standing without any support from the machine shop the weld shop the equipment test group planning is basically gone. I could go on and on.

The last few weeks have driven some things in to perspective for me. A fellow worker just took credit for all the hard work I have done in setting up a very big high profile job that is actually running pretty well. He was supposed to help and just sat in his cube doing nothing for the project. Some people would come and ask him about the project while in the planning stage and he would brush them off and tell them to talk to me.

I have had this happen too many times. I think I am at the point of leaving finally. It took a while to get here. I guess it is the pay that kept me there but there are other places that pay pretty well.
