Finally purchased my first Busa :)

Popular mods to wake it up and turn it back into what it should be without Euro-5 are…

…. A good ECU flash, a full system, some short stacks and a pair of Gen-2 cams. All popular tried and tested mods.
2 Wheel Dyno Works has a flash for the BT-Moto stacks for $350 and they do free reflashes for life. Only down side is you have to mail them your ECU but it's still about $500 cheaper than the BT-Moto handheld flash device. I'm going to go that way once my warranty expires but I'm 99% sure I'm getting a set of slip-ons here in a couple weeks. Congrats to the OP! That is a good looking bike and the 25TH ones look even better in person.

@ Cruising180 Though I love the idea of extrapolating even more power from this machine I also except I’ll never realize it’s full potential even in stock form so am currently of the mind set of leaving things such as ECU Flash etc in stock trim. Further more just because I purchased it new and the fact it has so much electronics/technology I opted for the 72 month SEP which would I’m sure be nullified should I do anything other than the basic slip ons as I opted for.
You are spot on that these 25th Anniversary Bikes really do look better in person. I thought it looked ok at best in picture and was intent on getting a black bike (white would have been my first choice but that was not offered for the 24’s unfortunately). Went to a dealer to see the black bike, they happened to have a 25th there and it was love at first sight - lol

Makes perfect sense. A flash isn't just about power. They lower the temp the fan comes one and also add fuel to the lean for emissions stock tune. Both of which make the bike run cooler. I had them flash my FZ/MT-10 at about 1,000 miles and I had zero issues after more than 12,000 miles when I traded it in on my 2023 Busa. Just some food for thought and they will always flash you back to stock for free or reflash to accommodate any future upgrades. No I'm not affiliated with them. Just a happy customer.
