Can you give us the ability to load more than 5 pics at a time ?
Sucks when your trying to show pics of an event you went to and have to load five at a time.

5 is about as good as your going to get, the reason is this..
We allow you to upload huge images to the server, up to 10 meg and then we process them, we resize them and hold them while your making your post. Once you hit the submit button we store them on the server.
now imagine the quantity of images and processing that would be required if several people were doing this at the same time... not to mention all the hundreds and hundreds of people just viewing the forums at the same time...
We have to balance server performance with end user experience...

I Knew that.. While in Chat, Click on a user's name in the list on the right and click the MSG button. Then type in the pop-up window and send. The private message will show up in the MAIN chat window so dont freak that others can see. Only the person whom it is directed to will see it. Reminder, that as long as you keep the private window up the other person will see "so-and-so: Whispers" every once in awhile in the main chat window even if you do not say anything.
Doug will post up better instructions, but there's no replacing just going in there and giving it a try on your own. Experiment folks! Lots to do here!!
You are right that this will be a big undertaking. I think it is a good idea! I'll even volunteer for the assignment!
You guys should really check out the video's section. Too cool for school. All categories are on the right side. You can spend quite a bit of time in there viewing them. Also, with the new vimeo tag, you can imbed just like Youtube. Thats a plus for those of us who have youtube blocked at work. https://www.hayabusa.org/forum/videos/

I was flippin' through some of the other forums and came across a thread titled 'Smoking' in the Playground. I thought 'Cool! 'busa owners postin' up about the second best thing of hanging out with a bunch of bikers.' Although it didn't turn out that way (and I posted anyway) is there or has there ever been a forum for cookin', smokin', bar-b-quein' or such? Whadda ya think? Worth the effort? Thanks for all the cool changes! 
Ditto on this excellent suggestion. A Hayabusa Sport Touring area would be a fantastic place to post up trips for those who put serious miles on their bikes. And ditto on the politics mess...that topic needs it's own place so I can easily avoid it.

Is there some way to make it 'semi-mandatory' people post their location ?
Rather than allowing it to say 'members'.
Not looking for exact street address but it would be nice to see more locations .
Maybe when they are registering you could make it part of the process so they don't have to go back or address it later ?

Its suffice to say that this issue had been ignored for some reason. So I'll mention this again - why can't we delete our own images in the gallery?

I have something. On the mobile site I am constantly getting logged off after like 10 minutes of not using it and have to keep resigning in. Can that be changed? It has been like that on both of my android phones.
I dont mind it that much cause my username and password is saved but just wonderingg

We don't log anyone off, check and see if you are accepting cookies on your phone.... We drop a cookie on your browser to remember the last time you were on the site...

Easy there big fella.... there are a lot of request and not sure if you have seen we are working on them all... The reason we don't allow people to delete images is because people from all over link to the gallery. Google also indexes the gallery and there is nothing worse than having a link that goes nowhere. The plan for the gallery was never a place for you to use as a hosting so you could put pics up and take them down it was designed to post images to the site to add a variety of bikes and ideas.
If there are images that you want to add and remove then I would suggest a site like flickr or snapfish. If there is an issue with the quantity of images then we might be able to increase it if your hitting limits but I know that Pashnit has over 500 images up and he hasn't seen any restrictions....

I'd like to see the capability of every user to change his/her screen name whenever he/she wants to without losing their posts and other credits.
I'd also like to see a box where a user can cancel a thread he/she has started if it's obvious that nobody is interested, such as only 2 or 3 comments. This would save a lot of space on the server in the long run.

You can have your screen name changed without losing anything just by opening a trouble ticket..
As far as deleting post I don't think that will ever happen. We would have people that just started deleting new and old threads alike because they didn't like the way the comments turned out... It doesn't take very much room for just a few post..
