I read your link closely. The reasons have merit but not enough. It doesn’t change the fact that Joe’s vote in California becomes worthless half way through the poll hours while John’s vote in a 50 50 state counts as a full vote right until the end. Why should Joe even go to the polls if his vote doesn’t matter any more? Why shouldn’t his say count? Same thing applies to Peter in a conservative heavy state or someone voting opposite of how their state leans. One citizen one vote.

Quite simply because that is not how this country was founded and not how it works. One man one vote where NYC has a population larger itself than over 30 other states would result in NYC electing the potus from here on out. Then Peter in Idaho would feel left out. No. You really need to understand how this country was founded and how that it is still the greatest nation on earth. Times have changed, technology has changed as well. But the Constitution and its parameters are how the USA still survives. It is unique in the world and the fact thousands flood here daily seeking what it provides proves that. The election is not about the popular vote. I understand if you don’t like our structure but it works and has worked quite well for a long time.

None of that is proven true. Covid origin - maybe. Border criminals - everyone knows that. A percentage of any group of people will be criminals. Iran deal - also unproven but many believe otherwise.
