You just described exactly what happened over 70yrs ago.A good plan...IF there were concessions for the Palestinian people to keep Gaza as their home...the plan is to remove them altogether.....where isn't even a concern for the planners....this is their home and before this they have been pushed all over the place....
If someone came into your hometown and said for you all to get out so they can develop the area into a resort playground for the wealthy....what would you do?
Or because of the hurricane destruction, the government forces all the residents out, with no compensation, then builds a luxury resort in the place of these residents homes and communities.....there have been movies about this sort of thing and the developers are never portrayed as the good guy....and the affected people rarely rolled over and took it....
However, these aren't just Palestinians but they are Muslims and other Muslim nations will not favor this sort of removal.....at all.....many of them have already strongly voiced their displeasure and disgust at such an idea....and they will stand together in opposition to this plan.
Outside powers came in and forced them all out and gave it away. How is this any different? Why are you upset now and still justifying then when both are the same? This is literally exactly what they did and will do again. The world will be silent.
Ps.....Isis is not running Syria. The new leader of is Al Jolani who was more than a decade ago aligned with factions that sympathized with Isis and their hatred toward the west. Watch any interview with him and he says he had an awakening that was not the way. He has pledged to honor and protect all religions and sects. He has pledged to allow women all things they should have, no burkas no sharia.
I speak to family there daily. They are on egg shells with still no real central authority or law. They are basically living in peace off the morals of each individual. I don't know many countries where literal anarchy with zero law other than the ones you inside you would make it as far as we've gotten so far in Syria. It really is a miracle peace still prevails there.
