Gen 3 is supposed to be the best aerodynamic motorcycle ever so I say 190
But only if the rider tucks out of the air streamGen 3 is supposed to be the best aerodynamic motorcycle ever so I say 190
I've not read anything regarding the gen 3 having a lower drag coefficient than the gen 2 although it makes sense as it does look a bit more slippery up front,Gen 3 is supposed to be the best aerodynamic motorcycle ever so I say 190
6’2”, tight race suit , and from a stop. How tall are you , and how tight is the suit ? Rolling start or from a stop ?
I imagine the hump fitted would add something.Using a BMW Navigator IV for GPS top speed, Gen 3 with full Akra, no hump, mirrors closed, Suzuki touring screen (+40mm or 1.6in taller), 190/55-17 rear tyre, 98 RON premium gas (Europe), level road, no wind, 3km (1.9 mi) stretch, Shoei X-Spirit III helmet, rider weight 198 lb, maxed at 308.6 kph or 191.8 mph fully tucked. If more space was available my perception is that it would go a smidge faster.
Track is 2.2-mile so place your bet on any distance. I’m going to try and Dragy all the data.are we talking of a standing mile only ?
Respectable speeds regardless...Wind is plain STUPID right now guys!
Hopefully later today or in the morning conditions will improve. Had to shutdown after the Mile since it’s a new vehicle. Next run I’ll stay in it but wind isn’t going to produce any records. Cross our fingers for later.

No, this is a completely stock bike. I wanted to baseline it before I added any mods.@Got-Busa?
does the bike have aftermarket akrapovich with the extra 4 hp?
