Spring Bash ~ April 28-30

Hey, after a 1000 mile ride in & a few drinks - If ya'll dont ditch me after Friday Night, Im up for just about anything

Traditionally, the rider who gets the most rowdy on Friday night has to lead the Saturday group ride... a mile in front of us (as our rabbit) to protect the group from those pesky radar traps. Really! No, really...!  

Ahh heck, I wont get rowdy...lol, after the trip down, your gonna have to light a firecracker under my butt to wake me up after 1 drink  

Valium you decide wether ya going to ride down or try to get on the trailer yet? Hey if ya got memory on my phone number give me a call.

We still looking for more peeps from mid states to head out there with. Would love to see a mass bike line all the way across the country

yort there will be several guys going from central and eastern Iowa and Ill. I will also be bringing a group from kansas City. The plan right now for the Kansas City riders to meet up with the guys up north somewhere in southern Ill. We would then be heading for Nashville, then east towards Knoxville on int. 40. Nashville would be a good meeting point for you guys heading in from southern Kansas ,Oklahoma and Texas, coming east on int. 40. If you do not get a group from Witchita, you could always come up to Kansas City and leave with us. Valium could meet up with Hooken,fstbusa,GSXTacy and a few others, and meet us in Ill. The KC group will have a truck and trailer with our gear, and a place in the trailer for your bike if you are tired of riding. Just let me know if you want to hook up with us.

Well as of right now I have 4 friends riding down with me. Was just wondering if any else were riding to all meet somewhere before we hit there.
What day do you guys plan on leaving and are you going to stop on the way and cont. the next day. Maybe if we don't get with each from start maybe meet somewhere on way and cont. from there

We can haul beer in for anyone riding, not a problem. As for early mornings... well its kinda a vacation but you dont want to miss the day by sleeping in do ya

Honestly, most night 80% of the folks are in bed by 11 and I've not seen anyone after 1am (cuz my butt has gone to bed

) and I'm usually one of the last to turn in after the steam show

and trust me, after a day up there riding.... you will be wiped out and ready for a good meal, lounging around and then bed early.... so meeting around 9am isnt really a problem.... hell even Chris made it out to the last early morning gathering

Im planning on doing the full ride down and back on motorcycle. If there is still alot of snow and Ice on the roads, Im gonna see if Hohen has a spot left and trailer it down...so I guess it depends on the weather, but I hope the roads are pretty much snow free. All depends on the snow...lol. I will call ya tonight

Mapquest has me going from Minneapolis MN to WI, than IL,IN,KY, TN,NC - I can detour abit to meet up with anyone...cant seem to post a map quest image here.

well maybe... but only if they happen to be out on a call... I'm convinced you could streak down that road at 1am and no one would see you

so the steam show probably goes pretty much unnoticed except for the animals that want to keep up with the trash items ... ie that big dog and the bear
