I grow weary of the rhetoric of "homeless vets" there are so many resources available to veterans these days they have no business being homeless or down-trodden...some people thrive on playing the victim....
When you guys came back from Viet Nam, there was nothing for you, the American people didn't support that war and you and your comrades were thrown away like trash-a bad memory of a failed war...
Since then there has been a robust support system put in place to look after veterans, we also have a good system here in Canada which many veterans complain about all the time....I generally tell them in what other profession is there such a support system? If say a firefighter or paramedic retires, they are given a handshake and sent on their way with zero support and many of them have seen horrors in their career.
I don't buy into all this business of the plight of the poor, hapless veteran...there are millions of successful veterans who didn't sit on their collective arse and expect a hand-out..

Hi. The mind is a very funny thing. At one point I was homeless, but that is what I wanted, I just did not want to be around to many people. So off to the woods I went. I was still working, had a car and a house to go to. I know some vets have done things that go against there morality but had to. Some think they do not deserve the help and others it messed up there mind. You must want the help to go for it. The things I did and saw weighed heavy on my mind for a long time, and still do I got the help I needed and life is a lot better now. Some times they just can not get there mind right to want to get the help they need.
Like I said, the war you were in was very different than any conflict the US has ever been in...it's never easy for a superpower to be defeated and sent packing.
You and your comrades suffered the fall out of being in a very unpopular and unsupported war then being thrown away...the upside of that is there have been lessons learned and people who served are getting better and better support.
People now are looking at Afghanistan as a lost war....in many ways it is....but the draw down of troops and advance of the Taliban was so gradual it hardly made the news.
Now the panic of trying to get the people who served western militaries out of there before the Taliban ultimately gain control is the biggest alligator at the boat....the numbers could be in the thousands....and they will all be fast tracked...

Here is what I think happened... The leftist marxist didn't have a plan B in case Trump won the election. They immediately started discussing what to do on election night when it became apparent that Trump had carried the necessary number of electoral vote to win. Finally, after much discussion with democratic strategist ( and much hand wringing ) and the discovery that it was to late to assemble the biggest voter fraud organization in history to throw the election back to Hildebeast she decided to concede the election to President Trump. That call was made to president elect Trump the following morning.
Notice... they had a plan B in place for 2020... didn't they? lol !
As far as the Super Bowl goes... The Bucs were better prepared, had a better plan to stop the Chiefs... The Chiefs did not have an effective plan to stop Brady and his receivers... the Zonk was still a force on the field that the Chiefs couldn't stop.

9-11 was a crime... it only took over 400 days to open an investigation and it happened because the widows of the firefighters, police, and others that lost loved ones insisted on it. Eventually one lawyer was assigned to pay all the families off case by case. Most folks don't really know much about 9-11... they only know the media's version of events... Mr Bremmer knows all about it... he wasn't there, but, he was suppose to be there... all his coworkers died as a result. Mr Bremmer was later installed in a high ranking position for the invasion of Iraq where no weapons of mass destruction were found as claimed by Powell in front the a UN delegation... Hi No one here can prove Biden won. I can not prove that Trump won. And do not say the courts said so, or the media said so. I want to see the proof.
You have the proof each and every time you see Biden in the Oval Office....if he didn't legitimately win, he wouldn't be in there.
And if you need proof the outgoing president encouraged the rioters (domestic terrorists) to attack the capital building to try and interrupt the democratic process of counting electoral votes, there are more than enough videos and tweets out there to support that...
