Where does it say in the constitution that every tin hat fool gets to judge what is constitutional? Biden has met every official requirement in the constitution to be president. His election has been adjudicated in the courts to the extent required by the constitution to be the official president.
So when you lose, you can't make extra-constitutional challenges to the winner. It's like a football game is over and you lost and you create your own process to try and reverse the result to cover the fact that you got outplayed.

What made Trump a good CEO made him a lousy president, the "my way or the hiway" ideology of CEOs doesn't work when you are dealing with millions of the unique personalities of US citizens...the president is supposed to the leader of the US people-ALL US people, not just who he picks and chooses.
Even if he doesn't like something but it is for the greater good of the people, he should be supportive-something Trump was not good at. His constant use of social media and "turret's" style of blurting out anything which came to his mind and lack of filters spelt out his doom as a president. You just can't do this sort of thing when in a position of authority...imagine if the top military general did this sort of thing-he'd be fired in a heart-beat.
Your current president has more than a few issues as well...he might have been a better president 10 yrs ago when he was closer to his prime. He at least shows empathy to the plight of ALL US citizens and not just those who are in his circle.

Even today the current president can't get 10% of what the former president can still get when it comes to filling seats... what does that tell you? Yes, Trump did hurt himself at times, however, he was also a populist president... say whatever you want about Biden... as far as I am concerned he epitomizes the ideal swamp creature... he has said it himself... paraphrased...I am prepared to sell out to the guy that benefits me the most... as well as many other bad decisions he made during his career that many people agreed on that were there, were involved politically and knew the guy lacked cognitive skills even 30 to 40 years ago... they said, Joe was always on the wrong side... America has been a gravy train for decades through the foreign aid sent to the leaders in other countries.

When you have to wean the leaders of foreign countries off the the free cash things can get ugly. Also... Like Germany and other countries letting America pay for the bulk of NATO protection against communist controlled countries. Why would countries hold back money for the protection that allows them to be free from attacks?
President Trumps speech to the UN set the standards for which we operated in his time frame. That time has passed. China will be moving on Taiwan in the not to distant future now that they have Joe right where they want him. You can expect more war like activity with the new clown show installed now... we will resume the "business as usual" path that was illustrated so well during the Vietnam War. Now we have less deaths for US servicemen due to the surgical precision we now have on the battlefields... the technical side of warfare cost much more... and that makes the profits for the MIC that much better.

Anecdotal experiences in small amounts probably don't tell the whole story. CEOs ( mostly smaller businesses ) are or were the backbone of our economy until the wrecking crew was installed.
The only thing that really matters is policy... without good policies and the ability to make peace in the world with hostile nations it could put us at a bigger risk of an attack that is more serious than the attacks we are facing daily right now. These are some of the bigger points to our survival. Yes, other factors come to mind... just keeping it simple.
Was president Trump a peace maker? Or, did he piss off our enemies without a good reason too?
What did he do with N Korea, Iran, China and Russia ? Did he make peace in the ME?
Some people think he should have received a Nobel prize for what happened when he actively pursued and persuaded a few ME countries to settle the differences and start trading goods and services again.
On the other hand... Obama received a Nobel prize and commented that he didn't even know why he received it... he couldn't think of anything he did that made him deserving of such a high honor.

Hi WOW! I din not know that Biden had created more jobs than any president in history! I have a way he could create even more jobs.
