We rarely see temps above 100 in Florida but the darn humidity is unbelievable, or I’m getting older, but that can’t be it right? Lol

The humidity gets stupid here too...some days it gets to 98%....
Yea my porch has a white aluminum pan roof which is about like sitting under tin foil.
Some people might think this as "quackery" but as a person who grew up on a farm and was mentored by elderly neighbor farmers as a kid, I learned things about nature (which helped me in my chosen profession later).
Through this knowledge, I look around and see the natural production of fruit, nuts like never before, our raspberry bushes have been producing more berries than ever, and my red currant bush was almost on the ground with so many berries...Our mountain ash trees are laden down along with the oak trees...and our apple trees are completely covered in apples.
Generally this will spell an ugly winter.....then I noted the leaves already changing on my Hawthorne trees which are also covered in berries.
Just now I saw a meteorologist's winter prediction for our region and it seems to be spot on with my visual cues.
Could be a wild one this winter....

If the temperature gets below my age it’s too cold. That’s why I don’t live in Canada .
I've been in US states where it gets as cold or colder than Canada....

Yeah it can get pretty darn cold here in Southwest Missouri. Last winter I had an outside water line to burst. Guess I shouldn’t complain, it was put in about 50yrs ago. Every year I say this is my last year in cold weather.
I kind of like the cold, going out at night with the full moon making the fresh snow glisten and the sharp, cold air that is crisp when you breath in.....
I'll take the cold over hurricanes and all the nasty crawlies that hang around the hot country...
I recall a few of the safety lectures going into some of the hot country military training areas...the lecture on the nasties and what to avoid was almost as long as the exercise....
Me and the wife traveling through central Florida today and the dash thermometer said 100 degrees, hearing we may have had the hottest July on record but not sure if it’s confirmed. I was hand watering some plants yesterday at 6:30pm and it was still unbelievable hot. I’m definitely looking forward to cooler weather next January! Lol
Not supposed to get over 90 today so I’m going for a ride after I get an important phone call from my oncologist. Wish me luck!

Crazy that....
I was talking to an 80 yr old this morning who spent his entire life farming, he remembers how much the weather flip flopped over the years....
Summer is officially over.....it was 10'c this morning with a high of 20'c today....
The leaves are already changing and falling too...I wager it will be an early winter this year....
On top of that, it has been raining pretty much every other day...my grass sure likes it though as I cut it on the days it's not raining....I can practically watch it grow..

I’ll be glad when we can get some cooler weather! It has been a freaking hot summer and unfortunately August is right in the middle of summer hear.
I bought a vented summer MC jacket last week that I haven’t tried yet but looking forward to cooler weather for riding.

Over the next 15 days the temps range from 81-92. If I’m out I’m looking for shady roads or fast ones. 
WOW. First was a kickazz thunder strike and then a downpour. Temp is 83 and raining hard! Found out my carport roof is leaking too. I checked the weather ’over the hill’ for a possible ride tomorrow or Monday and there are warnings even over there. The hurricane is pushing bad weather that far? I love hearing the thunder roll thru the mountains.
