What exhaust are you getting?

I think this is my favorite exhaust, small and low, allowing for the removal of the passenger pegs and with the Red carbon tip

The item description says it's made of stainless steel, you might want to double check with them! They going to provide a tune for that pipe?
It's mostly titanium except the pipe even states material is titanium and carbon fiber it's over 30lbs pounds lighter then stock exhaust and adds almost 10hp and for tune get a pc for now but alot of people have a new exhaust on gen 3 with no tune that exhaust is allowed by suzuki and will not void warranty I would also get sprint air filter.

Me too in all black thats why I returned the Akra but it's $2400 smackers vs $1300 for Akra and I purchased 5 year warranty suzuki allows For Akra not to void warranty. I called Bills exhaust new gen 3 will cost more and with tax it's $2400 and I could use that $900 in savings for ceramic bearings, bar risers, lowered pegs, ceramic coating, and gel seat.

i thought it was mostly stainless and only the muffler has a Ti shell which explains the big difference in price compared to the full Ti brocks CT.

Brocks CT Meg is full titanium and is short overall , similar to Penta length , perhaps the headers are copied and applied in steel to Penta , but the CT series are Japanese made full titanium Brocks exhaust . The longer (not Meg ) CT version titanium is being used by Moore and others on Gen3 . I think 650ib stated he is waiting on the short CT Meg for his . The Pent is only ti in muffler , with steel headers .Pictured is CT Meg titanium on Gen 2 .

I was quoting the Gen 3 Akrapovic system. Liking the CT more and more I see them.

I'm going to stay stock for several reasons. Foremost, with aftermarket exhaust which sounds great, give extra HP and all is great. I'm kinda sensitive to smells in my older age and the fumes of the non-cat exhaust make me sick and after I ride, I smell like my exhaust pipe. Also, the Cali cops are real strict here on that. Shucks man, Brock's, and others CANNOT and will not ship to Cali. My last exhaust, I had to ship to another state and get my friend to ship it here. Also, every time I passed a cop and he heard my exhaust he looked. Closer to the city, the bike cops will absolutely pull you over and get a ticket for loud exhaust. The good thing about here is, if you replace to stock exhaust and go show the cops it's back to stock, they will tear the ticket up. Cali cops are pretty cool. Once I was doing 20 over and didn't notice a CHP tailgating me in my car as I was talking to my wife. When I noticed him, I moved over, continued doing 20 over, he simply passed me and looked at me, and that was it, so yeah pretty cool here at 20 over.

So I let my buddy (about my weight)who can ride, ride my Gen 3 and I rode my 50k mile Gen 2 with a full pipe. We did 2nd gear roll ons. No way in hell we was catching me. I hope a pipe wakes this thing up. At least until Richard has a turbo kit for it. Come on Brock! We need a pipe!

This is surprising news....everything we've heard and seen so far would have the gen 3 the clear victor over a gen 2 even a modified one...

You're kidding right?

His Gen-2 probably makes 15-20whp more and weights 35+ pounds less. I'm starting to wonder about you Bumblebee....
Of course I was kidding.....

I wonder too as I thought I typed a second line to this affect but guess I didn't....I must have ate off too much aluminum over the years.....

Brock made a adapter for that they run one 02 sensor and they piggy back it in to the other one so ECU is seeing both sensors. He explains all if it and the HP dif.

They also make dummy plugs to not active the fault code.

Good info.
