Who Rode Today?

Went out to the east coast, about 175 smiles all alone today and man was it nice! Got to do some “gixxer bruh hijinks” today and pops and bangs were on order from time to time… and then got some sprinkles that dropped the degrees by about 10 and was completely dry before I got to my destination and dry before getting back home.
Hi. We will be on our way for a ride through Ma, RI and Ct.

No riding for me for a few weeks. Headed to Chicago for work. Y’all enjoy all the fun
Hi. My daughter and I went for a ride in MA, RI and CT. For 7 hrs. We stoped st the stables to feed some horses.

I took the 'ol Bumblebitch out for a tear through the back roads...it ran as angry as usual....

A couple fun roads for the 'ol thing to stretch it's legs a little....

Good to see you getting out.
Did you know that you can flip those Gsxr mirror stalks?
Yes, they will sit a little lower, almost level (which I like the look of, but a personal preference).
But...they will sit out a little further/wider, and you'll be able to see a little more past your shoulders, a better view of what's behind.
I have set those Gsxr mirrors on several Gsxr's and Busa's, and it makes a difference.

Maybe I'll give that a shot....never thought of that....thanks.....

From Sunday . Took a few tries to figure out the RS wheelie . Traction control off in Road mode still limits lift off . In Dynamic Pro no lift off control ;)
Julian is the film guy on the Red/White/Blue RS

The new ones look so much nicer than the previous model....

.......and if you had 150 lbs in that top box, the front tire would be in the air all the time....

Bill I have the Tube with me for the Trip . Sent @Red05 a msg I wont be far from him.
Also the RS does not have a high redline so if you dont get to balance point you run out of steam . Man The bird could carry a low power wheelie for a minute .

That baton is really making it's rounds...it's getting lots of miles on it...

Don't forget the sign sheet that Terry put in there....

I took the old hot rod for a ride to look at some fall colors. On the way home I got caught in a downpour, which turned into large hail. At speed on the Interstate, those hail stones hurt. I have red welts on my arms, even though I was wearing a heavy leather jacket. Fortunately the bike and my helmet seem to be unscathed.

Those colors are great! Hail can be very dangerous, like riding on marbles. Nice Gen 1 but, are those reflectors I see? :D

I got out for a little ride this afternoon.....

While on my way back I picked up some sort of noisy tuner car (Honda) and the driver found an opening and whipped around me and almost cutting me off pulling back in...I was rolling along at around 80kms/hr (50mph) and minding my own business enjoying the day...

It turns out this thing was at the same gas station I was going to and when I pulled in the young fellow came over right away...he looked over the bike and said he heard these bikes were fast....I told him that's not a lie, they are...he said he was surprised he was able to get around me so easily.

I told him I was just out enjoying the day and didn't feel like blowing him off the road....he said it wouldn't be as easy as I think......I said "maybe not", laughed, filled my tank and continued on my way...

The guy obviously doesn't know much about what a performance bike can do in the right hands.

I got home and 3 neighbor kids were waiting for me to get back so I could fix their bicycles as it's a PA day today for them....
