Who Rode Today?

1491 miles over the past 4 days, with the bulk of those miles exploring Nevada. The highlight was Lamoille Canyon in the Ruby Mountains outside of Elko. Thirteen miles of stunning beauty, but cold and snowy by the end of the scenic road.

Great pics man, awesome scenic ride and that one of you riding . . ya must've set up the camera, or did you have a helper?
Looks like you are having a great adventure, nice!

I was supposed to meet with a fellow Busa pilot for a ride on Saturday morning, but he overslept. I wound up joining a group ride of about 20 bikes for a short ride!

You ever been to Yosemite? Only 300+ miles. :D Nice SV. My daughter loved hers. Same color and boy does it handle! Put on a pair of Michelin’s and we took off, up the coast, thru the giant redwoods and thru Yosemite back before I lived here. She finally sold it when her work and coaching schedule took over. I almost kept it for myself. As much as I liked riding it I felt small on it.

I’ve never been to Yosemite, but I definitely would like too!! 300 miles isn’t bad at all!! The SV is a very fun bike, I enjoy it!! I on the other hand am big on it, but I don’t feel cramped at all!

First day of fall yesterday and the temperatures will be dropping steadily now...

Sometimes I get a few rides in during the month of October but there have been years where it has been just too cold for me to ride..

The season for riding is drawing close now sadly...….

Sadly I feel it coming as well, as long as the snow holds out and they don't salt the roads I'll be sure ro get a few rides in but I'm already feeling that winter time can't ride depression on its way:(:banghead:

It's the time of year when one gets up in the morning and it's still dark and starts to get dark around 1830 or so...

Leaves are turning and falling and the evening temperatures are dropping..

I do love riding this time of year though, the bike loves sucking up the cool air.
