Gen 3 Latest report ..

It's all good guys I come here for the laughs... anyone on a busa gets a slaute from me!
You've owned enough bikes to know the difference....

As you are seeing this forum is a bit of a "Unicorn" as it is surviving in a day and age where forums such as this are disappearing daily....

I think once the gen 3 gets to North America and into the hands of the tuners, we will see a big shift in how we look at it..

I think everyone could use some therapy in this day and age that's what motorcycles are good for everyone has one in here lucky dogs I don't drink or do drugs so this will be one of my favorite outlets for many years to come... I miss the adrenaline rush....has been replaced by day trading for now but I like my night rush as well.

And didn't mean to offend anyone on here you guys rock this bike is my childhood and now my adult hood I know its not a gsxr just meant its part of the family and for a big guy like myself that feels like the gsxr is to small for me the busa is there to fill the void...

The colorway is what I meant that silver and chrome on the first one looks like terminator as a robot not the human and that black and silver reminds me of robocops head lol

Pretty hard to offend anyone on here.....we are thick skinned for the most part...

And we love Hayabusa bikes....there are a whole bunch of great people here who don't even own a Hayabusa anymore yet still grace us with their presence...

But yes I hope kawi comes back out of the ashes to make the busa what we all want which is the 99 all over again that's the dream but that damn euro 5 is killing bikes like covid ...But not the busa!

I might make a YouTube video soon about my Gen 3. Was gonna show the difference between the different quick shifter modes. Is there anything else specific you'd want me to try and get on camera?

I think I've owned so many bikes by this age now is because I lost my dad at 19 in a car accident maybe that's why the 99 means so much to me it was my escape from reality during the worst time of my life and I think I ride to live through him never got to ride with my dad and it hurts to this day he used to race for kawasaki before I was born and I've been around motorcycles my whole life think that's why my last 3 bikes have been a zx-10 and both zx-14s was gonna get h2 to keep it in the family but my girl likes to ride with me and it also keeps me from going ballz out at times probably why I'm still alive today...he deep down always wanted a busa so this one's for him....its funny I bet if I told him at 18 I wanted a ninja he probably would've allowed it but I wanted the 99 so bad and that didn't fly with him lol... can't blame him I would never let me 18 boy get a busa as his first bike but I can tell you one thing I feel sometimes he has saved me on my bikes through out the years.

Yessir my 04 zx-10r was a beast but rather be on a Cadillac...I've owned 4 Cadillac's so maybe I'm bias lol
Yes... Cadillacs are real nice. I picked up a 2008 STS all wheel drive from a friend... It only has the 3.6 VVT engine... however... I am still impressed by how nice it drives and the economy of 26 mpg when I am not pushing it. Since last August I have replaced the MAF and the front axels... other that that... nice riding car... tight and quiet.

That’s what I refer the Katana as, not the teapots. They made the GSX1100S til 2001 where they had the final edition.
I feel you but as we know, Suzuki stuck the Katana moniker on those "teapots." They were a stellar bike in their own right....but just went so far off the original line they got lost.

I personally think Suzuki could have done better with the Katana line...the latest rendition is ok, I think it is worthy of the name.

I wish they would have done something with the pop up version I had...

Closest i owned was a 2015 zx14r for a couple of years.
Great bike I really do miss my 16 se besides my 99 it was my favorite bike to date and lots of compliments but I know this gen 3 will surpass it for me never had a new motorcycle.... what about you since we both had the newer beast how does the gen 3 stack up ?

Always been a GM guy and Cadillac always has a place in my heart the ride is like a magic carpet I've had my real estate license since 18 so had to get a Cadillac to look the part to take clients around then got the truck to work on fixer uppers and really miss my v series with the vette engine but I like having a truck I use my bed all the time and I just bought a boat so need one to pull it I always wanted the XLR convertible they are pretty cheap now but can't go wrong with a caddy until it hits 100k then time to sell lol
