Gen 3 Performance

That looks like a huge physical difference.
I respect what these guys are doing...but I'm still waiting on Brock, Chris Moore, and Brentune to unlock the ecu and see what they get.
Stacks are notorious for not making power, but rather moving the power up or down in the rpm's.
These look good for the dragracer, but I would be sad to feel that big grunt of torque gone for a hp increase that gained me a fender in the quarter mile.
All in what you're after, which is another great thing about this bike, you can really make it whatever You want it to be.

I'm shocked they a selling the stacks without a link to the MoTec kit atleast listed for pre-order or forsale at the same time. That being said I hope they give us a base map or tune for us factory motor people using the stacks, filter and exhaust.

I'm down, I need to get a set of those ordered.

Is Carbon Smith done?.

I just sent them an email, but see if they have any products ready.

I'm not sure if they're done with theirs or not... as Sixpack577 mentioned earlier they are preferred by CM$ and I am sure he will have input on the final product as he's tried many different versions from height to shape to even the dimpling inside the stack. I agree with Six as well that they move power rather than gain it. I do think once the ECU is cracked a good tuner should be able to minimize what you feel as far as lost power per your choice of stacks for your type of riding.

Good video...

Nice looking bike(of course, it's black)
Not a 2bros fan, but love ASV's and the +2 rear sprocket.
I wonder if that guy comes here?
Probably not, or else he would've posted that.
What's really suprising me though is that as much as I love blacked out bikes/vehicles...is that I actually like the tacky gold accents on the black gen3, they've really grown on me.
As I've said before, it reminds me of the 80's, lol

I like the copper and black as well....

Now the trend of blacking out the gen 3 is going to be the norm, a black and copper bike will stand out more.

I'm looking forward to seeing it in person, as it looks many different colors or shades depending on the picture(at least to me anyway)
The only gen3 I've seen in person is the silver one I sat on at the local dealer.

@sixpack577 it's not because I have the silver color, but the sparkle silver looks amazing in the sunlight also the fastest color is silver..:super:
I admit, it's a great looking color(even though I haven't seen it out in the sun), but I want to see what the black looks like in person and in the sun.
Most all of Suzuki's gsxr1k and Busa paint jobs in the last dozen years have had some type of flake, sparkle, or change in the paint color, especially in the sunlight.
But, silver...the fastest color? The heat is getting to you out there staring at the paint,:poke:
lmao

I wonder what a black Gen 3 would look like with yellow instead of the copper....be the new Bumblebee...

However I digress as I would get out of motorcycling before getting another bike.

Heat? Maybe on summer time. I live in TN and always is cold. If not I will trade my busa for a snowmobile :)

Yeah...life long rider...will get out of riding before getting another bike...uh huh.
I honestly hope nothing ever happens to your gen2, but if it did...you could put the yellow accents on the gen3

Yeah, no heat here in Va for a month either.
It's been unusually cold.

The CT Meg is looking very tidy , I like that choice over the longer CT version , but both do look the business . What arm are you using , chrome molly ? Lowered , it is looking pretty and stout , I guess you are waiting on the master tuners to crack the code to set her free and racing , good job bro .

The short may look tidy, but the long sounds better IMHO. I put the long on my gen2 and it sounds like an F1 car when revved up high. Listen to sound clips on youtube and you'll see or hear. My riding buddy said the meg long was the best sounding exhaust he ever heard over here in SOCAL where there are thousands of bikes with hyper exhaust!

I respect your opinion i have the short version and i love the way it sonds and the way it looks besides you can see the wheels and clean them better with much free space and been shorter it may weight less. If you ride alone you can complete remove both passenger pegs. I asked Brocks Performance befere buying and theres no diference in hp or torque making between long or short version.
