On what pray tell so you base that on? Trump did everything but kiss Putin on the lips during his administration, and was quick to admire Putin's invasion of Ukraine. Biden has been nothing but critical of the attack, giving endless dollars to help them defend their country.

I'm reading there's an uptick in both antisemitism and Islamophobia....

The latter makes sense as all the wars we have recently fought has been in Muslim countries and fought against Islamic extremists who were supported by the population.......not a lot of sympathy is given to Islamic people even if they are just regular folk...I personally have less than zero sympathy for the extremists and am more than happy when they are eliminated from the face of the earth.

What's scary is how easily the hate populates itself here in our western countries........

If we ever go to war with certain Islamic countries, we will be in trouble from members of our own population....
 
To add to my post above...

Even during the onset of WW2, Germans who lived in North America answered the call to return to Germany to fight in their military and many did just that.

Today, there would be a similar call but that call would be to fight the enemy from within......and over the years slowly but surely a large number of people from these enemy states have relocated to western countries...

If WW3 starts, the battle front will be asymmetrical and we will be fighting in our own streets against people who called our countries home but who's loyalty lies elsewhere....

I wonder what Israel was to do when Hamas broke through the border then butchered, raped, murdered and kidnapped Israelis...? Should they have just shrugged their shoulders and said "well that's Hamas for you...they're rascals......?"

I wonder what any country would do if this happened to them....?

Then we get into the type of warfare that is being conducted now...it's a dirty, messy type of warfare that in order to win, there has to almost be total destruction.....not pretty nor is it something anyone wants to see. I believe even if Israel completely levels the Gaza, Hamas will still survive as it is an ideology not a people....the next generation Hamas terrorist is already in queue and ready to act as I type....

As for the Holocaust survivor, my heart goes out to anyone who survived that.......and he's allowed to have an opinion but it's not the only opinion out there.

Apologies to be frank.

We have a guy here who is half Arabic, won’t admit that he is an antisemitist, has nothing good to say about the Jews, believe they deserved what happened on October 7th, and suggests they should be evacuated to the Congo. Yes, I guess he believes Israel should just have shrugged their shoulders as you commented.

He bases his justifications on what happened in 1948, a war the Arabs started but the Jews won.

He is unable to have a civil decent discussion, and has no shame to show us who he really is.

I spent 5 years in the Middle East, dealing with labor on the floor, up to the Royal Family. Had a personal meeting with King Abdullah. Surrounded by some of the nicest people I have dealt with in my life. I can remember a guy following me for 1/2 a mile in a fish market, to give me a Dollar, because I paid him too much.

Then we watch TV and we see the Arab, who would slit your throat for fun, who has no respect, who has zero value for human life. Who behaves like a hooligan.

I’m pleased that I have never met someone like that in person.

One of the downfalls of my former profession was to deal with these kinds of people....

The saddest part of it was we would sometimes capture them and find out most of them were illiterate and were basically brainwashed into the ideology believing the cause was divine.....that's a hard thing to fight...

We often had to fight these guys to the death because they seldom if ever surrendered

Hi. The Jews have been fighting for the land that they lived in for over 3500 years. If they are made to give it back or beating in a war and have taken from them. What should we do because the hole USA was taken and fought for and won from othe people that was here first. Should we be made to give it back? They were giver back there land but other peoples were living on there land at that time. What should happen to them? It is kind of like you go to Fl. for tje winter and come back and people are living in your house and the say you can not come back and move back in it is now there house.

I see it as an AMERICAN who’s tired of his country representing an uneven hand in the ‘mid east peace process’ which is a joke. Same eyes the rest of the world sees this thru.
As an AMERICAN I am free to speak my mind and criticize Israel if I want. And fake labels don’t work. Don’t let the bootlickers convince you otherwise.
