Looks like a war is looming in Israel

That's a loaded question.....

There are times when religion can be a restrictive or a catalyst to violence and other times when it can be a great thing which brings people together......

I guess the situation dictates.

Extremism in any degree can be a bad thing...whether it's religious or political extremism.
Very good answer!!!

During my Middle East adventures, I worked with many folks from different religions. Sometimes we would have long discussions, on good terms and I really explored their beliefs.

Hindo, after so many discussions, I still don't understand. There is no real logic to it.
Islam is actually very similar to the old testament in the bible and then came Jesus and Mohammed. Just two different prophets. Islam uses a bit more fear. I have worked with some very good honest people who were in the Islam religion. I once lost my wallet with $3,000 cash in it, rushing to a meeting, fell in the street. A guy found me, brought it back to me and refused a reward.

And they did for years in Canada as well.....................But history has shown us that as soon as their numbers grow to over 25-30%, and higher in small groups they assimilate less, tolerate less, and demand more. As they reach the 30-40% they begin to push for Sharia law, and when they assume the majority Sharia law is all but guaranteed as they take control, and those who don't bend the knee to Allah will be dealt with.

The path to Islam is ALWAYS the same, regardless of place on earth.........
1) Establish a Mosque
2) Create an enclave
3) Grow the population
4) Claim Victemhood
5) Exploit Lawfare
6) Institute Shariah
7) Secede
8) Take control

Remember, this has ALL happened before - Afghanistan was once Buddhist, Pakistan was once Hindu, Lebanon was Christian

This pattern continues to repeat itself around the world, every country is at a different point in the list....................but in the end, the results will ALWAYS be the same. If the west doesn't wake up now and put Islam back in it's place, Canada and the US will follow suit.

I’m sorry you feel that way. It’s obvious that you’re very deep in belief that Muslim faith is a bad influence on a person. There was a time when I was younger that I felt that way about all religions. What Bee said about extremism is key. All things in moderation, a Buddhist staple, is generally a good practice.

In life, there is normally a very small percentile of folks who influence the masses. It is unfortunate that Islam is used to drive Jihad.

I've worked with units from all across the globe...of varying religions....

We worked with a Turkish special forces unit and I would trust each of them with my life....they were always on point and just a great bunch of people. I worked with Afghan soldiers and found them to be very trustworthy and very open minded...sometimes the Taliban would infiltrate these units which made it hard to be 100% trusting though...

I have found people are people regardless of their religion.....good and bad exist everywhere in every walk of life.

Perfection is a high goal
Where did that come from?

My view is athletic. Professionalism means always trying to be the best at what you do. You may not succeed, but in athletics, coming second is never good enough. So you analyse what you did wrong, why you came second and next time you try to be the best again. It means striving for "perfection" in what you do, always.

In industry, it is no different.

Some leaders introduced stuff like Six Sigma, Jack Welch from GE adopted the Motorola program in 1995 and got the whole world going. It is nothing other than perfection.

We taught the Japanese, but we never applied what we taught over here. Japan became a mighty industrial nation.

Getting back to the war, perfection would be a leader who is able to get Iran, to stop all their proxies and stop the war and terrorism once and for all. That may be impossible to achieve, but at least we need an athletic approach in the White House to do everything in their ability towards achieving that. Kamala, is not going to do that for you.

Fact is, she hasn’t been the president yet, so it remains to be seen. Name the last truly influential vice president.
We’ve seen what a Trump presidency is like. I’d rather not go through that again.

I actually believe Mike Pence did a pretty good job. Achieved more than Biden and Kamala together.

He brought in college chums to the cabinet, very Trump like, and raised campaign funds for '20. He did have a hand in reviving the space program. Influential? Not by a long shot but he saved his best for last, denying Trump by certifying the '20 election. You'll have to dig way deeper to find a truly influential vice president.

I actually thought Biden was a good VP. He just got too old for now.

Vice president just isn't a position with real influence. That's my point about Harris; we don't know what she would do as president.

Hi. OH I think we do. It is what she said. Not a quote I would not change anything yjst Biden did. But she wanys change? I and onle me thinks it will like Biden but even farther left. Super open boarders every thing will cost 15 to 25% more.

Sure we do. Look at her past and the bullsh!t she's spewed. Chameleons change colors and in her case races but not their ways. She's a Marxist, raised by her father who a philosopher preaching it.
Anyway like I said she's a twit who will be a good puppet and have no ideas of her own. She will do as they tell her plain and simple. You are simply voting for her because you hate him.

Is this the correct approach, or will it result in an infinite war which never ends?

Just an innocent question?

Modern militaries fight a 3 block war where they conduct war fighting, humanitarian aid and peacekeeping during the same operation....

It doesn't surprise me that the US is dictating this be followed, normally NATO or the UN would be the enforcer of this being done but the relationship between Israel and the US has made Israel more dependent on the US and therefore more susceptible to American influence...

The sad part of this is Israel is not alone in it's dependency of other nations....the US itself is very reliant on foreign countries who could influence US policy if they decided to with hold goods and commodities,
