Most miles in one day.

Just over 100 miles in a single day on the busa... yesterday... in the twisties... practicing.

550 miles thru the rockies in Colorado. Absolutely exhilerating!!

1476 in one trip, I took a 20 min nap on a picnic table at a rest stop at the 1100 mile mark. I was riding cross country on a 750 Katana with an aluminum trailer and tryin to beat my previous personal record of 994 miles. Right around 1100 I was in Misouri looking for a hotel (cause I NEEDED a bed!) but there was some bass fishing tourny and not a hotel to be found in the state. Kept riding after the nap and finally found a hotel room about 300 miles later.

1000 miles. From Springerville AZ to SF CA via the Grand Canyon. Granted, it was on my ST1100... Still from 7:00am until 4:00am the next morning is a bit much, just could no see the $$ for a hotel again being that close to home...

Ironbutts?....on Goldwings? That's almost like riding in a car!! :tounge: used to do San Francisco, CA to Wichita Falls TX in 24 hours, stopping only at gas stations. Not that I have done anything close on my Busa to some of the guys here, bout 560 in a day is most on the scooter, mostly all in the Rocky mountains, a beauty!

On the Busa, I've only done about 170 miles in one day. Just trying to get the break-in done.

I know how my butt felt after 650 miles on the H-D, I can only imagine you guys doin it riding a Busa. My hat is off to all of you.

I'm new to the busa world and wow it's fast, but anyway I rode it 304 miles the second day I had it. I traded my '02 ZZR 1200 with 31,352 miles on it for the busa.

On my Bus only about 165 mi. Give me a chance as I've only had it since July. However, I spent 5 straight days riding 500 mi/day on a cruiser back in college on my way to Calif. That's enough to make the rump a little sore.

1020 miles on my Harley-Davidson Sportster...Abuquerque, NM to Memphis, TN (figure that has to count for something).  

Haven't had the Busa long enough to but more than 200 on it in a day.

On a Sportster? That counts for a lot! How long did it take to get feeling back in your hands, feet etc... from the vibration?

The longest I have heard of on a Busa is the 100cc. A guy in his 50ies road from Florida to San Diego and back in less than 100 hours. The thing that is really amazing is he did it with a chick on the back. They are some tough cookies.

660 on the busa, has been the most!!
But on the other hand, rode from Road Atlanta, to New Hampshire, 1527 miles on my GSXR1100. In 21 hours, just stopping for gas, munchies, and short rest periods..
It was a lousy trip, it rained the whole way home!!!
