Russia and Ukraine

Counting both military and civilian I could believe it. Russia flattened cities like Mariupol and others I’ve already forgotten. Russia has probably ground up that many of their own too. No end in sight too.
Russia can't stop....once the west threw in with Ukraine, it committed Russia to see this out...

I think Russia is a little Leary of just how much the west will commit because their military is hurting right now.

How USA blew up the Nord stream pipeline

This is just another conspiracy theory....

IF and it's a big IF the US did something so stupid, do you think for one second they would allow this information to be released?

This event would turn other western NATO countries against the US and that is something the US wouldn't risk.

I don't believe for one hot minute the US had anything to do with it.

yep, it would be horrendous and IMHO you are far too trusting.

i threw it out there , remember the term 'Conspiracy theory' was a the phrase the CIA used to shut up truth seekers
CIA took out JFK and Bobby Kennedy for not wanting to commit USA to the foreign war called Vietnam.

as with Covid19 man made debacle today's conspiracies are tomorrow's truth.

Russia could have quite easily just turned the taps off instead of 'shooting themselves in the foot' by destroying very expensive infrastructure.
Now Germany are committed to buying MORE expensive LNG much of it from the US.

Follow this its 60 years next week since JFK was murdered but not be L H Oswald, and Ukraine

There's no way that the US took out that pipeline...they'd have nothing to gain and a lot to lose...to take out that pipeline would be a very stupid thing to do and the US isn't stupid...

Hell, anyone can make a video these days, there's no skill needed other than getting other people to believe what you are saying......the old adage "of because I said it, it must be true" is not flying these days.

"In a press conference held just days after the explosion, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken described the sabotage as a "tremendous [strategic] opportunity" for the US. His remarks were echoed earlier this year by Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, who said during a Senate hearing that "I am, and I think the administration is, very gratified to know that Nord Stream 2 is now... a hunk of metal at the bottom of the sea." US exports of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Europe increased 137% in the first 11 months of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021, meaning that the US now supplies more than half of Europe's LNG. Isn't that a wonderful coincidence?

its a tremendous opportunity for the US !!!

His description of an strategic opportunity is not an admission of action by the US....if they actually did this, it would cripple the global image of the US and would cause irreparable damage.

I don't buy it for one second.

I don’t see how Putin would score an own goal
He could have just turned the taps off, like he did at times.

US did not like the fact that Germany were tied to Russia via 2 direct pipelines.

There are bad actors around on both sides of this
US/Russia proxy war

I just read that Britain is giving two warships to Ukraine...

Between arms, ammo, equipment, aircraft, warships, training and tactical/strategic boots on-ground guidance and direction, NATO might as well just jump into the fray and get this war done and over with.....

Actual NATO troops fighting in formations is just about the only thing that isn't being done right now.

Bee has probably seen his share but for anyone else watch this. GoPro captured trench footage like I’ve not seen before. Artillery raining in, close combat. Crazy how technology has brought war in HD right to the world.
Age restricted so you have to click on it and watch on YouTube only

Really shows that war is hell on earth....

The danger about making these sorts of videos public is it scares off anyone wanting to join an armed forces..

Imagine if some battles in other conflicts were as videoed at this....

It also goes to show just how messed up the Russian invasion was from the get-go....one of the first things an invading force does is cut off the eyes and ears of the opposition....all cell towers/ internet and relay towers should have been wiped out on the first strike.

These are all shot with GoPros. SD cards assumably removed later and processed by what seems to be a great editing group.
Imagine what some WWII battles would look like thru a modern day helmet cam?
This is a few guys in a trench. Imagine 50-100,000 in battle like it was.
