Don't you have family in Syria too?Beirut
I should probably take back the ‘two sides’ comment as there were probably more like twenty.

Yes. Still many in Damascus including my father.Don't you have family in Syria too?
Hi. Why is it now I have to question everything I hear or watch or read in the news. I want the news only to be facts. I do not want it to be spun right or left. This is a sign the Russians are in big trouble.....and the likelihood of them being successful in Ukraine is very low...

i seriously doubt any MSM news, Ukraine like the Sudan is another USA V Russia proxy warHi. Why is it now I have to question everything I hear or watch or read in the news. I want the news only to be facts. I do not want it to be spun right or left.
Of course Ukraine is a proxy war. So what? I don't see us getting involved in Sudan.i seriously doubt any MSM news, Ukraine like the Sudan is another USA V Russia proxy war
watch this monologue news clip from non MSM GBNews
you know that US want to spoil any Russian impact
Africa now has US, Russia and China meddling in their continent like we did in early 20th century
USA Sudan involvement 3:00 onwards
your already involved - assuming you are an american citizen - your taxesOf course Ukraine is a proxy war. So what? I don't see us getting involved in Sudan.
So what? I'd like to spend some trillions on our infrastructure, our education system, etc.Of course Ukraine is a proxy war. So what?
The defense industry never sleeps. Gotta sell those bombs and bullets to somebody so they can sell us more. Ukraine will drag on for years. Think Afghanistan or Chechnya. The Russians are in it for the long haul. Are we?So what? I'd like to spend some trillions on our infrastructure, our education system, etc.
As Ukraine drags on, we can't really stop spending on it now. It has essentially diverted money away from our problems that need to be solved. For gosh knows how long. Now we have depleted some of our own war reserves and have to spend more to catch that back up.
Sorry, I'd rather pay our teachers more. Or have a safer railway system. Etc.
So what should we have done instead? Just let Putin take Ukraine? So what? I'd like to spend some trillions on our infrastructure, our education system, etc.

I hope so. A lot depends on who we elect in 24.The defense industry never sleeps. Gotta sell those bombs and bullets to somebody so they can sell us more. Ukraine will drag on for years. Think Afghanistan or Chechnya. The Russians are in it for the long haul. Are we?
The truth stands!, , , ,back in the 1990's clinton sent to forces to bomb Sudan pharma industry out of existence- no proof of making bio weapons, only to US big pharma to build their own factories there- its all about chasing the money trail
Maybe. The folks at the pentagon and the ones whose names we do not know are really running things. I’ve always thought that no matter who is potus or what side they are on that they answer to higher powers. There really has not been a period in time in this countries history where we were not at war or involved in one somewhere.I hope so. A lot depends on who we elect in 24.
should never have started, the status quo was broken, we are we where we are now.So what should we have done instead? Just let Putin take Ukraine?
Stop being the 1st National Bank to the world. Everybody on this graph has more to lose than we do if Ukraine falls. So what should we have done instead? Just let Putin take Ukraine?
Agreed.Stop being the 1st National Bank to the world. Everybody on this graph has more to lose than we do if Ukraine falls.
They need to step up their contributions.

Yes we can. If we don't, who will? Surely you're not naive enough to think that they'll leave us alone if we leave them alone?should never have started, the status quo was broken, we are we where we are now.
the west had the chance to help Russia into more democratic ways after the dissolution of USSR in 1991.
USA hawks preferred not to , NATO promised not to encroach after 1991... but on it went and on and on
Cuba missile crisis - Russia encroached on US space and quite rightly backed down
USA,UK,EU ratchetting this up onto borders of Russia its similar.
Back to Sudan, US had no envoy in Sudan until Russia then wanting to park their war ships there, suddenly US wants to get pally with Sudan, gives $200million
USA cannot police the world.
Agreed to an extent. I think potus helps to determine where and with whom that inevitable conflict will be.Maybe. it worked since 1945, if you nuke me then i will nuke youYes we can. If we don't, who will? Surely you're not naive enough to think that they'll leave us alone if we leave them alone?
You can add all of NATO nations together, and we have paid more than all of them combined. Germany is probably the largest economy of all of them. They need to be wassaayyyy more invested in this.Agreed.
