Spring Bash ~ April 28-30

Tell her to ride with you!! My fiance got mad as heck during the fall bash b/c I didn't let her go with me. She rode the time between the bashes and she loved it. She told me this time she is going it will be our pre-honeymoon. (Getting married in may)

Going to try and get a couple more Busa's from the Wichita area to make this one! If you can talk the wife into either letting you go or going with you that would be fine by the Bug!

Warbaby was unable to attend the fall Bash with back problems, maybe we can convince him to attend even if not feeling well to tend our bikes, rooms, and food (ha) and for his great sense of humor, He has been strangely quiet on the board lately.

My back problem seems to have self-corrected and I plan to be there to ride (sorry, I wouldn't be a very good tender).

We gotta have Kevin's Brat Burgers though!

I AM NEW AT THIS, GOT MY 2000 BUSA THIS SPRING. I HAVE BEEN TO THE GAP SEVERAL TIMES BUT IT HAS BEEN A WHILE. I WOULD LOVE TO TAKE THE BUSA. HOPE I CAN WORK SOMETHING OUT FOR APRIL.

Sounds like most of the people who have attended in the past are from the east coast. I would love to attend and brind some of the midwest org members with. KS bug I might be crazy enough to ride out with you or we could pull a trailer behind my crew cab dually. How about it midwest riders? Judging by the early responses in this thread so far, it could be a big turn-out.

It could be a big turn out. As the date gets closer, people are out like yesterdays garbage.

It can be a very large anual event, with people that are several states away just making the trek once a year.

With us that are close we can still get together in the Fall.

I would love to see a 50+ turnout, but it is up to us to make it happen.

I dont have to tell the locals and regulars of the Bash how much fun we have. Not only the riding but the lie telling at night is outstanding.

Choose the region you wish to ride, and see what others have to say.

I personally prefer the Cherohala Skyway (just above the GAP)
and similar roads...places like the GAP are just a bit too tight for enjoyment...especially 2up.

I'm seriously thinking of making the trip. How many guys from New York going down? It's quite a boring ride down 95 and I don't know if I want to ride it or haul it. Maybe I can grab a 6 wheel box truck and we could have a mobil garage for bikes, clothes, etc. ?
Any ideas?

Jinkster, there will be no excuse for your not being at the Bash, tell work and wifey your sick Granpa needs you. You still have to get your tatoo, haha.

Zukracer, keep up the good work organizing, I've been following the posts and at least 3/4 seem to be going for the last weekend in April so Jeremy and I vote we finalize the date now so plans can be made, and everyone can get wired while waiting. Also suggest consider bad weather date 2 weeks later just in case!!!

V-Man, thanks for the info you sent, we'll talk live later and I'll tell you my possible plans. I'm up for a Blood Mt. run but can we quicken it up a little to and from???

Really can't wait till April to meed up with the regulars and hope we can have a great turnout, anyone reading about the Bash is welcome, the more the merrier.

p.s. Maybe someone (Zuk) should contact the fine folks at the Phillips and secure a block of rooms, and most important, how do we get the BRAT BURGERS?
