Yes Kevin KC to NC. Has a nice ring to it . I cant wait! Will be the first long road trip with my oldest son on our matching 05 red/black busas. Just wish we could figure out a way to get my youngest sons bike out here from Seattle so he could go with. Hope to meet you there, I enjoy your posts so much, as well as several other org. members. Just checked out the Phillips web site and the pics of the roads and I don't know if I'll be able to wait untill April! Wish I was a bear and could hibernate untill then!

I'm in the same boat! I really can't speculate as to if my project will be complete at that time! I'm hoping it will be complete and I'll be free to travel......... Really want to make this trip, especially since I missed out last year!

Well, if Brian has a bike by then, maybe we can make if a father/son trip too.

That would be too cool. I enjoy riding with my son alot! Even though we have had a few opportunities to ride, we already have some great memories to share. Like the night we stopped at a convience store for a break. Upon getting back on our bikes to head for home, my son and I saw a cop parked behind the building watching us prepair to leave. As we pulled away from the store we saw the LEO pull out behind us with his lights off following a ways behind us as we turned onto the on ramp of the interstate. I'm sure the officer just knew we were going to go for it big time, but we shifted up through the gears like perfect gentelmen, observing all speed limits. After following us for a short time he finally turned on his headlights and pulled up beside us. I turned and acknoledged him. He turned to take a look then accelerated away. Drat, foiled again, I'm sure was his thought. Hope my son and I will be able to ride with you guys and make somemore memories!
