I've got helibars and a 19mm Genmar risers and misses the ZeroGravity DB windscreen lock to lock. It misses by a few mm, but there's no contact. (Gen 2)

It never ends, trust me. By the way, I have a set of Pazzos for sale, so you could’ve probably saved money on those by buying the used set, instead a new set.

I think I saw yours Pazzo's full length, I bought the shorty one blue with silver adjusters

Those were for a gen 2 I think mine is a gen 1 they are like new how did you like them otherwise?

Windsheild does not need trimmed for Heli-bars, even combined with a .75" spacer.

Sixpack mine are the trackstar helibars I don't know if it makes a difference, I took some pictures of the busa can you please look at them and tell me what you think Im supposed to buy these tomorrow

From the pictures, they look fine.
They aren't close to the windshield, just the inner fairing, and only at full turn, which is normal.
The "Trac-Star" name appears to be nothing more than marketing either, as they are still the same size they always were.
I would'nt be concerned about it.

I just checked it out again it might hit plastic piece on the inside and clear the windshield do you know anything about these fork legs in the picture. KYB

On my gen 2 with helibars I had no clearance issues but when I ran a aftermarket triple like you are it rubbed slightly on the inner panels.

I just checked it out again it might hit plastic piece on the inside and clear the windshield do you know anything about these fork legs in the picture. KYB
