Nice what scale is that? When I was trying to get my paint scheme right I was looking for one of those!
1:18 scale...I found it on eBay....less than $10 Cdn shipped. I bought 6 other 1:18 scale bikes for a project I'm working on.
I already have it blown apart and the base colors are on it (yellow and black)..
You going to have BCP do a 1:18 scale stage 1 turbo?

Great! All my parts are in and it’s going in Monday for same day service. Taking all the parts in Friday as I have to go ’to town’ anyway plus, it’s kinda hard riding with a spare front tire around my neck.
Rotors look good and I’ll bed them in with new HH pads. New brakes, fork seals and oil of course, a new tire and then BAM, it’s almost winter time! 
But it’s California winter time. 
Was going to wait to exchange the rear rotor and pads when I needed a tire but it’ll be hard waiting. Aww, I don’t use the rear very often anyway.

It's hard to find a Gen 2 scale model....I've only found this and the Whitt's model and the latter is crazy priced (but beautiful).
Real one looks a bit cleaner.
Did you use that enamel model paint in those tiny bottles? I used to paint and build model cars when I was a kid and then again when my kids were old enough. I got really good at it after awhile. With this model you could experiment with touches of yellow on the tail, hump maybe, blinker bumps maybe or even the tail in yellow with a black hump and black blinker bumps.
I used cans of automotive paint, most of this little bike came apart but my hands aren't what they used to be so fiddling with small bits was a real challenge. Only sheer stubbornness got this done.
At some point I may return the original back to black at some point with gold or yellow kanjis on the fairing and gold or yellow GSX1340R on the tail..???
I'm like the rest of you OCD people...my bike (and everything I own) is generally pretty clean....I wax my lawn tractor for petes sake...Real one looks a bit cleaner.

Hi. Just got back from Fla, worked 15 hr a day, drove back a small F650 with a 26 ft box over all 35 ft 6 inch. Working with Carrillo on my custom rods 2mm stroke but with HD 20mm pins and 3/8th bolts. Super strong for 13500 RPM.
