It’s raining so another day to get new tools to maintain my Hayabusa. it will be a good time to check all nuts bolts chain tire pressures .
Why lowering?
My thoughts exactly. From all indications, this is the best handling Busa ever.
That is correct,Thinking drag racing might be big thing over there , one of the first dudes to show Gen 3 youtube footage was from Qatar , that bike was quickly lowered , stretched swingarm etc. and if I recall correctly even raced , 9.1 1/4 .
My CF rear signal light pods came in today.....
Now the question before I start ripping and tearing....does the tail have to come off to change out the signal pods on my gen 2?
I've had it off once before but never noticed how the pods attached...Yes, and the tail comes off in 2-3 minutes.

Cool, I have a project now one day when it rains...
The pieces fit perfectly too which I like...and they are feathers compared to the original.Nah, you need some cf up front to balance things out now, they'll look good, especially with a front fender(you can get a cf rear hugger as well).
They do look good with the cf Yoshi too though.
And...AND...you can buy Colored cf now!

I had black pods on the front at one time and I didn't like the look...they looked like they were stuck on there.
I WAS also thinkin of getting a complete CF nose cone and only keeping the side fairings yellow...
I'll probably just stick to stock rims, the roads around here suck and pot holes are a constant nuisance, I'd sure hate to hit one with a set of CF rims...Carbon fiber wheels would look good too....
If you need help spending money on your bike...you know better than to ask Any of us here, lol
Done...not too bad of a job....
I might get a front fender now, I was thinking of getting the front pods but they might look a little weird against the yellow...

I wouldn’t stress about carbon wheels and road surfaces, the new generation of BST’s are ten fold better than the originals. I’ve ridden down some poop house roads that nearly impale the balls into the tank, wheels are still perfect 38,000kms later.I'll probably just stick to stock rims, the roads around here suck and pot holes are a constant nuisance, I'd sure hate to hit one with a set of CF rims...
That and because our riding season is so short I hesitate to go too crazy when the bike sits for over 5 months of the year.
