What Did You Do To Your Busa, Today?

I’m in the Tampa area now, but still ride
down to coconut creek to visit friends and have some family in Miami lakes. I used to work in Miramar. I’ll sure let you know next time I ride down that way.
I lived in Miami for 35 years, two in Miami Lakes on Dade Pine Ave. Went to the keys often, would ride my GS to Marathon to a bar and grill for Key Lime Pie, once went with a bud on a Hardly and Jimmy Buffet came in and hung out for a couple of hours. I live in High Springs now.

You are better than me. All I could handle was 3 years or so and I was done with Miami. I’m in the Tampa area now. I’ve always heard of the “no name pub” and always wanted to try it, because people say they have good food. Maybe 2019 will be the year, since now I have luggage on the busa.

Yeah well the sixties and seventies were a LOT DIFFERENT than the last twenty or so years ;<). Take my little skiff five minutes away and grab some Lobsters or stick a pole net from the bridge behind my house for shrimp Wahoo! Now? I don't want to get neat Biscayne Bay without my Uzi

It’s extremely crowded now and traffic is horrible!

I haven't even thought about it yet, but I will probably throw ceramic bearings in there. I have a bunch of winter projects to do on it. I have to put in head studs, quickshifter, and do a lot of wiring.

If you can, push any bike with steel bearings, then push one with ceramic.
I don't know what a time slip would say, but you can definately tell the difference in the 2.

Started the clutch mod but got side tracked. My blend door actuator died in my truck today. Of course when it’s a whole 17 degrees outside today. My garage is not a real garage so had to get creative to get my truck to fit.
This lift is amazing I just rolled it around the garage.

Even in pieces the busa is one sexy machine .

Damn hate doing those ford blend doors the whole damn dash usually has to come out.
Is it your defrost/face/feet door actuator or the temp exchanger door?

If you buy aftermarket wheels , you may as well put the ceramic bearings in , BST's are killer with those fitted .
Oh and doing my oil filter and oil change shortly , ready for any good free weekday for a blast ...ride !!

Temp door the whole console had to be torn apart and some of the dash. It was just the actuator that was bad the door did not break. It was a pain but got lucky.

Just swapping bolts as usual, and cleaning / detailing as reassembly continues.
Wife got some new clothes via mail so told her each shirt is a bolt I'm ordering ;) 15 new shirts so 15 new bolts :)

Yea a very common Ford occurrence. It’s worse on the F-750’s because of the Allison shift selector harness and air brake lines. If you ran into a snag I was going to send you my login for prodemand but sounds like you faired pretty well
