AHahahha, very VERY well said.
The swing arm bolt is actually coated in rubber, I had rubber covers over them way back when, and I plastidipped the frame. I have metal covers but my swing arm is coming off in the next couple of weeks to be replaced so I will clean those suckers up when I do that :lol:
You are right the gen2’s have a certain sex appeal. The gen 1’s are sexy too but somehow the gen 2’s look good even when they have their clothes off. My gen 1 with no fairings looks like a gremlin hatchling

Steven I sent you some weight modification parts . Like drugs the first taste is free ! Those heavy stock pegs with lead weights got to go my friend . What about that exhaust / foot peg hanger ? time to wack it off , and file / paint .

I whacked the foot peg exhaust hanger off the left side and I am going to convert my plate to a right side mount I think it will be better with everything on the right side of the bike

Toad that bracket is stainless from Muzzy. The trapper Allen bolt has been on for a couple of years, but the smaller gun drilled Titanium is new in place of a solid stainless bolt

Now I’m paranoid about my givi bags when I go out on the busa and think about your melting issue and exhaust change. I might not have issues right now, as I’ve been riding in temps as low as 43’f, but not sure how things will go in the Florida summer. Hopefully I don’t have to spend money on a fix or different exhaust.
