Anyone installed a set of slip-ons from yoshi yet? Curious to hear what you have to say about sound? Any feedback would be appreciated.I’m really really hating the sound my Gen3 stock exhausts. I run Micron (company long gone now) slip-on with removed silencers on my Gen2 and the sound is elegant, deep and gives a wonderful yet subtle roar when you twist that throttle. Not as aggressive and loud as brocks or any of those. Not into the extreme loud in any way.
I have no intent to install a full system. I prefer slip-ons and the 2 can look in general. I’m leaning towards yoshi, I love the look of their slip-on cans for the Gen3, but the sound seems just as crappy as the stock. I noticed there is no silencer I can remove either to get that deep subtle roar. Anyone running those yet? Let me know please. More so, anyone know of any slip-on that gives that roar. Was even thinking removing silencers on stock if no aftermarket available just yet. No point upgrading to yoshi for same stock sound. Really am not enjoying my ride on my Gen3… too smooth for my taste. Need to hear more of it.
check it out. Sounds pretty crappy if you ask me, and no silencer to be removed.
Another option is maybe Gen3 Akra slip-on and remove silencers. But those cans are ridiculously long. Not a big fan. I need that subtle roar. Guys… help pls.
Same here. I haven't even rode my Gen 3 for 2 weeks because I hate the stock exhaust so bad. Almost 2k miles on it. My Gen 2 only made it 100 miles on the stock exhaust lolAnyone have any inside info from Brocks, I would have thought something would be out by now.

Are those the factory slip ons?
Cool....and understood...They are available from the Suzuki dealer as an accessorie in the Hayabusa catalog.
I'm not sure if that qualifies them as factory???
Also I'm still running with the silencers installed.
Each country has its own wording in the warranty when it comes to Suzuki Genuine parts and accessories.I guess anything like this offered by Suzuki could be a factory thing??? They are still covered under a warranty whereas something else would not be...

I believe where these Suzuki sold Akropovic slips ones are sold, they legal as far as sound levels and emissions are regulated by the local authority.
Moore has the O2 sensor conversion for sale on his website now, $80If you take a Brocks Gen II 4-1 and weld in a bung for a second 02 sensor, you'll be good. Otherwise you you'll need a wiring harness that loops both 02 sensor leads into one.
At least that's what's on the Chris Moore drag bike right now. I know right ?. Prett slow coming out of the gate.
I, for one, would like to see something innovative for the Gen III exhaust choices.
