What exhaust are you getting?

Yes that's the one. Last time I saw it on his site it was out of stock. That's the one you need if you want to run a single 02 sensor exhaust.

For now just gonna finish the riding season stock. Seen on Facebook Brock does have Gen 3 now to test fitment on. I'll wait over the winter months to see what comes out. Up here there is a noise Bylaw in effect, 92 dbA at idle and for 3 or 4 cylinders 100 dbA @ 5000rpm, 2 or less limit is 96 dbA @ 2000 rpm. Looking at old specs on Gen 2 Exhaust on Brock's website the Dual CT System with the Quietkore Mufflers just meets the testing standards. For slip-ons if I go that route right now I would get the R77 Full Onyx from Yosh.

Brocks released a Gen 2 to Gen 3 Exhaust Adapter Kit

This Adapter Kit allows the installation of our Hayabusa Alien Head, ShortMeg, Penta-Carbon, and StreetMeg full exhaust systems to mount and function properly on the Euro 5 Compliant Generation 3 Hayabusa (2022).

The Brock’s Performance Gen 2 to Gen 3 Hayabusa Full Exhaust Adapter Kit Includes:

  • (1x) Plug and Play Oxygen Sensor Harness
  • (1x) 18mm to 12mm Aluminum Bung Adapter
  • (1x) 4 Pack of Graphite Exhaust Gaskets
  • (1x) Radiator Spacer Kit w/ Stainless hardware
  • (1x) Permatex Anti-Seize Lubricant
Brock’s Performance Gen 2 exhausts will physically fit the Gen 3 Hayabusa but the Gen 3 will throw O2 sensor codes unless the Gen 2 aftermarket exhaust is equipped with provisions to allow the installation and continued functioning of the new dual 12mm O2 sensors used on the Gen 3. Since most Gen 2 exhaust do not have these provisions, Brock’s Performance has developed this kit to prevent error codes and the associated poor performance when the codes (or pending codes) are thrown by the Gen 3.

We also include convenience items to perfect the physical fitment of a Gen 2 full exhaust to the G3, such as Gen 2 exhaust gaskets (Gen 3 exhaust gaskets are not reusable), radiator/oil cooler spacers and corrosion free stainless steel mounting hardware. Although developed specifically to function with all Brock’s Performance Full Exhaust Systems, this kit will also work with most Gen 2 Hayabusa full exhausts that contain an 18mm 02 bung typically used for data logging air fuel ratios.

Please note: the 18mm bung will no longer be available to measure air fuel ratios using aftermarket data loggers.

Now if I could only get me a Penta Carbon sometime this decade :D

I'll tell you what I am getting, something other than these super-heated, don't-touch-your-kneecap against, or back into on accident freakin OEM roaster-mufflers.

These damn things are a fire hazard, and hotter than the face of the sun for a long time after you shut off the bike.

I have never had a dirtbike, or a street bike where the muffler stayed this hot for this long.

B-E-W-A-R-E !!!!!!

Anyone know what happened to Tsukigi?

I had their full exhaust on a Busa about 10yrs ago. Out of Yoshi, Brocks, M4... Tsukigi is the best sound I've ever heard on one - like a drag car. Can't find them now.

Does anyone have a in at Brocks?, really hate my stock exhaust but I’m not waiting a year for pipes, gonna go with something else shortly, if I can find anything in stock that is.

yes I know they have a kit now, but from what I’ve heard, it’s months to get anything from them.

Muzzy full ti system with pc2 is what I use ..GEN1 2000 model. it’s radical at 4 grand the torque increase makes second gear pull harder.. but, I have it off , again, because it’s easier to ride a quiet Hayabusa and speed.. on the street With the quieter exhaust. Police told me they can hear me..I can tell you it’s vicious and loud when you rev it up. First gear at 60mph and it will flip its so fast.second gear pulls the tire off the ground at 60 mph easily if your not careful .. I’m not a racer so that’s all I did..I think this bike is so fast with stock exhaust anyway and I want to keep my license. This MUZZY titanium exhaust (race) is handmade and special ordered. It is oval out. I paid 1700 dollars. It weighs around 7 pounds total, stock exhaust is 28 Pounds.

As far as I know they went out of business years ago, along with Ti-Force, another great exhaust that made real power.
I found these links for ya Six .
Anyone else want to have a look at what is available from Japan Webike . Some , like Akrapovic will be cheaper scored in your country , but rare types like Kfactory , Striker etc. full titanium exhausts , beautiful , not cheap tho .

Cool, I searched for a Cannon for a guy over a year ago and couldn't find anything at all.
I hate to spread bad info and am glad they are still in business...I wish Ti-Force still was, or someone could get their patents and re-open.
Thanks for posting that...maybe I'm not the only dummy that thought Tsukigi were out of business, lol
