Gen 3 Latest report ..

I'm still pissed that when I want to put rear seat on or off will have to take rear plastics off to put cowl on not a happy camper... that's some bs not cool suzuki someone should get fired for that! I pray that is only euro models...
I don't believe for 1s that it needs to be.. Watched a video of it and it all seemed to be just to swap out 2 bushings which other models had as well... No doubt plenty will mod the seat cowl as per previous gen models.

A buddy and I trailered our bikes out to Daytona for Biketoberfest a few years ago. First time my bike was ridden below 5000 ft. First ride was certainly an eye opener both power and throttle response wise. I think the calculation is 3% per 1000 ft. That extra 27 hp was a huge difference. I then knew just what a Busa was all about! Still plenty fast at altitude but holy crap, what a difference

Yessir that's why florida is busa country!!! My other bikes were used and alot of them had engine ice for coolant do you guys recommend it for the busa ? And does anyone use liqui moly oil?

Impression from a gen 2 owner he said night and day difference from handling braking and comfort rode like a gsxr1000 which is big for my since I enjoyed my 99 more then 08 even his wife talking from riding 2up...she gave it a 11 out of 10 good stuff! Go to the 8 minute mark so you don't get bored he says no comparison!

If it's like previous bikes, that's only if you want the grab bar. The plain seat swaps without any parts change or issue... ;)

Sorry, I wasn't following, how much of the rear end has to be taken off to replace the cowl ?. That's a screwup on a grand scale.....

Yes but only if you want to keep the grab bar that's why alot of people take it off... just wish after 20 years they would fix that but guess not.

Still blows my mind the country that sells the most busas gets them last ....unreal! India has them phillipines too wtf
Not yet in INDIA..... though suzuki has a manufacturing plant in India but still dealers are clueless about the availability, worse ,even the pricing of new hayabusa are not announced yet leave aside availability

Online says India get them april 26th ... but maybe they got pushed back and word is may 14th some might get in US for review .... fingers crossed... this is bs I pre-ordered in early March they better not get pushed back. US has headquarters in Cali and we get last dibs better be in june or I'm gonna flip...

It’s because overseas is a larger market therefore they always get first shipments then it trickles down the smaller markets.

Yep I bought my busa close to sea level and rode it home which is a little over 5000ft up. It was brand new, but it was a few hours ride home, so I had a chance to get on it some during the ride.....it was sad to feel the power going away as I climbed up in elevation. That's the main reason I started modding it, it felt a little slow stock at the elevations I ride at.

When you get 5000ft and above, elevation becomes a real fun sucker :( .... but when you go back down the party really starts

Suzuki is crazy like a fox....

Bring out a bike, release a lot of hype about it, make people put a deposit on it sight unseen or with any real world testing on it, then very slowly ship it out to the markets creating a bunch of salivating future owners.

Hopefully this bike is all the future owners wish and think it will be....the videos out there are all over the board, the latest one posted had it up in the heavens whereas others have it just a bit better than what it replaced....

Other bikes released like this were in crates at dealerships awaiting permission to build and sell as soon as it was launched by Suzuki...
