its a FREE COUNTRY arch... ure right to not be hurt IS NOT GUARANTEED, that's the first lesson a innocent person hurt by a crook learns... get yourself a weapon and protect ure family, the criminals have more rights than we do.... liberal policymakers think that they can protect everyone by taking away more and more rights.... at some point it becomes a communist country where even FREE SPEECH is obstructed.... we are seeing it even today in college students where WORDS hurt their feelings, and if they had their way certain speech (speech that offends them) would be illegal.... after all isn't their RIGHT NOT TO BE OFFENDED important?

personally I think the liberals are backing themselves into a corner on these issues.... Eveyone knows... DEEP DOWN.... that enacting tight legislation on firearms isn't an answer.... for HUNDREDS OF YEARS.... gun laws have been loose here.... we know what changed.... society changed... we have dumbed and dumber and weaker and weaker people now... that live their lives out of fear and want to feel safe.... the problem is that its a free country and u cannot stop madmen.... the ONLY THING u can do is come down extremely hard on the crooks... EXTREMELY hard... mandatory 15-20 year prison terms for an unlicensed/stolen firearm... and public executions for these loony mass shooters..... and that wouldn't stop mass shootings.... BUT THAT would be a great start...… if a crook knew he WOULD get 20 years for stealing guns.... do u think that would REIGN him waaaaaay in? it would be a great start... a lot of people I know can serve a YEAR in jail.... but 20 years in a prison?????? most people (with the exception of hardcore gangsters and mentally ill) would shy away from the illegal gun business.... we could effectively put these "weekend gangsters" out of business..... and make it hard for a mass shooter to ply his trade.... take away his black market..... sooo why not PUNISH those responsible? why not go after his network of dirtbags??? lets come after the bad guys the same way they wage war on our society and have us fighting with each other...………………….. lets take out the trash.... its time guys.... this is overdue.

Went to the range today and had a great time with my new 300 Win Mag,got it sighted in and shot a couple of decent 3 shot groups of .400" and .600" so an average of a 1/2"(was a little rusty after a nearly 40 year layoff).Only stayed about 2 hours and shot only 20 rounds but it was a blast,may go back next weekend.
Man you are a CO, you should know there is absolutely no proof that time in jail is a deterrent to repeat offenses. Even the death penalty does not deter murder. Those are the facts, proven in study after study. It's funny but people are so easily misled. When the banks literally stole trillions of dollars in the 2008 crash you know how many people were even indicted? One guy. Thousands of lives destroyed and nobody paid for it. Only poor people and minorities pay for crime, both as perps and victims. Everyone else gets off. I'm amazed how people don't even know who the enemy is. It's like that scene in Rush Hour where Chris is hit and he doesn't know who hit him.

C'mon man... lots of people get away with crimes THAT is the problem.... they are free to repeat and REPEAT.... if a person is locked up for 20 years... he is not free to commit any crimes.,.. he is locked up... dealing with me... and will not kill anyone... at least not on G block.. no way no how... I cannot tell u how many times people are given a slap on the wrist and free to reoffend..... and if a person is convicted of murder... guess what.... 90 percent of the time... he has been in trouble before or ACCUSED of murder... he just beat the case.... by the time the prosecutors se3cure a conviction.... many have died... do u8 have ANY IDEA what the murder rate would be if there wasn't life sentencxes or death penalty..... why don't we just not punish anyone?

and arch… I agree that those white collar criminals deserve the same treatment as the bank robbers.... that's a major problem.. people BEATING cases.... u guys saw that they got away with stealing.... guess what? many many many get away with stealing, or CUT DEALS.... its a major problem.... NOW these white collar criminals are free to reoffend and reoffend.... we have to get TOUGH and hand down harsh sentences to everyone who is guilty and u have evidence against.... no deals/ no co-operating witnesses/ that just lets them go free to victimize MORE.... see Sammy Grivano…. if u are guilty of a crime... u SHOULD PAY.... if u cant do the time.... don't commit the crime.... it really is that simple... NO MORE DEALS.... don't take it personal.... cause it aint….. would u feel better if the home invader who broke into ure house and hurt ure loved one was black or white? me personally.... I cold give 2 shyts what color he was... just that we BURY him with a 20-50 year sentence.

arch... there is literally so much overtime that I cant keep up.. mandated overtime because COs are soooo stressed out they cant keep up, or they quit... flat out.... something else... I take an accusation of being a racist very seriously.... even in jest.... I tell inmates to write to the governor/IG and the superintendant if they are serious about this..... I had an incident with a trinatario who made a claim like this.... that I treated the Spanish inmates different than I do everyone else... I wouldn't hire any trinatario porters... guess why????? they were busy hacking other inmates to pieces the whole summer... they tried to organize and bully me into hiring them.... NO WAY/ NO DEALS/ no more killing for them..... no warring gangsters as porters...…… its a good rule... but one has to stay tough and resolute, even when it gets dicey and it LOOKS bad.... these trinatarios dole out outlandish violence and are allll dangerous, and they will infiltrate and intimidate others who are unaffiliated.
Who said anything about race? Rich black people get away with stuff also.

I brought it up because of the trinatario example I gave.... on the outside looking in... it DOESNT LOOK GOOD for me(given that I didn't hire many Spanish porters)…. but u have to understand that these trinatarios would just bully and control any Spanish inmate that I did hire..... alternating porters once a week was an effective solution.... so nobody could establish a power base or any regularity....... along with breaking up whole blocks once every few weeks.... identifying any gang member is a GREAT tool... strategically speaking.... and LE could and should use any and all intelligence u DO HAVE..... in 13 years I never had an inmate die, OR commit suicide...… and also I make it VERY CLEAR that if during a cell search I DO FIND a weapon.... I will use the rulebook to BURY u... ITS VERY CLEAR that any and allllll fighting will occur in the yard... OR ELSE, my mission in life will be to enforce EVERY RULE in the handbookagainst them.... even smoking in their cells will become a writtable offense...….... my way works. fighting is ALWAYS discouraged.... but its unsderstood that G-BLOCK is MY HOUSE... MY H O U S E. disrespect it at ure own peril.... that's how it has to be.

HI. Only a good guy or girl with a gun can stop a bad guy or girl with a gun. If you are NOT READY TO KILL do not own a gun. Most people do not kmow now how to react or how they will react if they are getting shot at. You can practis all you want it DONT MEAN NOTHING. I was in many hot LZ if you panic you can be dead very fast. I was stabbed in the hand in hand to hand combat and got shot in my back while flying in my bird the KILLER SPADE. I was the door gunner. So like I said if you are NOT READY TO KILL do not own a gun.Leave it up to the cops to protect you and your family when they are 10 min away. Life is not always nice. I am ready to protect family and yours if I have to!

Michael has seen some shyt!~!~! im sure many thing he can never unsee… and I agree... life isn't always nice, and the cops are 10 minutes away...… I think Michael is the last of the mohicans…. his generation was exponentially tougher than the current one... but people like mike that saw combat stand alone.... stabbed in the hand.... dammn… did u get some time off after that at least? I should point out that I HAVE cut down an inmate that was trying to hang himself... saved his life...… I got a commendation for it....... (but no bonus)... jk…… Its a tough tough environment BUT.... if u do the job the correct way and take some pride in your job it gets exponentially easier, its all about respect... PS>.. the uniform is a tool/URE VOICE is a tool/ Ure reputation is a tool/ ure fists are a last resort when one runs out of tools.... I think about it as developing a vast toolbox, and learning from the old timers.... I can tell how good of a job a newjack is doing running a block by the way the inmates talk to them.... "SIR" "Excuse me" "Please" "Thank you"...… it starts from here.... the minute an inmate calls u "chief" or "boss".... ya gotta nip it in the bud, cause he is testing you... control starts VERBALLY...… respect and control are necessary and are not easy to attain..... if an inmate can disrespect you verbally.... its just the beginning...

Hi. alt123. No I was stabbed in my hand on my first mission we got shot down and shot up real good 3 wonded another bird came down but not enough room for me I was almost over run. My 60 was out my 45 had i round left for me. A g--k was out too but was charging with knife. He was a fast rice perpealed b---- . I had only my hands he is not with his family anymore. A gunship passed over with 2.5 rockets,pushed the rest back. An slick landed pick me up. I was awarded a purple hart and a bronze star with a V. My 2 of 56 medals I was awarded. It was a very long story.
