Hayabusa-what he heck is it with this bike?

At the track a guy on an R1 said to me (after our session) "I thought that looked like a Hayabusa, wow!" (we diced and passed one another about 5 x's!)
At motels in far off lands Harly guys befriend me and want to go have a beer.
I ride in comfort to another state, meet riding friends, charge into twisties, then ride home that evening.
I participate in awesome organized tours (like PASHNIT) and have great 3-4 day experiences with newly acquired friends.
I'm planning a 2 week sojourn in June sleeping at old friends houses, touring my old high school/college goint to the famour Rock Store in Malibu mountains and ending up in San Diego at Scar's pad for a ride.
And I'll go one step farther...it helps my attitude about the rest of life, my relationship with my wife and daughters, the job, etc. I've had over 60 bikes and can say with authority, no other motorcycle has offered itself to me at this level. Oh yeah....don't forget the ORG too!

This is what an amazing part of my life the HAYABUSA is!

It ain't a status thing, it's my key to happiness. ........ when it's together....

I go to bikeweek/biketoberfest in daytona twice a year and hit the speedway
for all the demo rides...I LOVE IT, it's like being a kid again at disneyworld.

Harley:
Everything they make multiple times including
screaming eagle packages and CVO bikes, V-rods, etc.

And probably a few I am forgetting.

My point is...I'm spoiled by the Busa. After spending the day trying out all these
other bikes, I get on my Busa and ride home and know I've got the best bike
at the show... How blessed I am.

And every bike I get on and write a review starts out..."not enough power"
But of course the Busa is more than just power, it's the sum of it's parts
equaling out to something extra special that doesn't come along just everyday.

Can't wait to hit it again begining of March

Couple of general notes:
1-Bikes are rarely how you would actually perseive them to be from an article.
Nothing takes the place of sitting on it and hitting the throttle. Some surprise
some dissapoint.

2-Gain invaluable insite and a great base for future evaluations (however,
perception is tainted by the Beast...our definitions of fast and power are
not mere mortal's definitions).

3-Harley absolutely makes the worst friken V-twin on the MARKET PERIOD.

4-and where the heck is Ducati...they need demo rides

My local Suzuki dealer just became a Duck dealer....god they are fun to stare at! I want an 1198! That doesn't mean I'd reduce my relationship with the Busa!
