Full Qualifying. Alex Marquez with his first ever pole position, sign of the end of days?

Mixed conditions, note the disparity in times amongst the top 12.

That was an awesome race !!!

Well done Brad Binder slicing thru from 15th to 1st within a few laps and holding out for the win :beerchug:

Alex Marquez not afraid to lean on Pecco either, early days but looks like Alex's move to Ducati was astute.

The VR46 boys done well to take 2nd and 3rd

Franco had a confidence boosting race good on him.

Honda's were....no where

That was an outstanding ride by Marco kept it tidy and fast.

Alex will only get stronger i feel with the Duke as all the other riders around him have far more experience riding the Desmo's and Alex
being able to keep them in check.

Great job by Zarco slicing thru and taking a well earned 2nd.

Well just read that Michele Pirro will substitute for Bastianini this weekend! He was trying to make it back but just not there yet! Man that Portimao round really put a stamp on this championship! Marquez scuppered his and Oliveira's Season there, and Marini tanked Batianini's there as well. That leaves Rins as the only previous Austin winner still on his feet for this round in Texas! Looking like another Ducati runaway for Pecco unless somebody finds some magic!

What a shot! Kevin Schwantz Charging into Eau Rouge at Spa in belgium(Steel barriers and all)! This is the one track (Maybe throw in Brno too) I really wish MotoGP would make a return to! I would seriously find a way to go see that!

Who's your money on this weekend?
A Red Ducati followed by either a black or a grey one...:p

Aprilias to look good in Free Practice then who knows , followed by KTM.

Honda and Yamaha scraping it out between themselves mid pack.

Who will be the wrecking ball going into turn 1 in the Sprint race and how many wont make the main race because of it

Whatever happens im looking foward to another Race Weekend :super:

Ducatis looking ominous followed by Alex Rins pretty tight at the top again  FP sessions been good to watch :D

COTA looks like a big circuit to spectate, wondering how much of it you can get 'up close' to ?

Also the track Stewards/Marshalls (whatever they prefer to be called now) better get their sh!t together. Did anyone see Mir riding right into Zarcos downed Ducati laying in the middle of the track? He is lucky he was able to slow it up a little before he hit it!

Pretty quick and open thru there aint it ? Be hard to clear that mess up quickly let alone warn other riders of what happened..

Commentators mentioned that the Marshalls should be able to clear the tracks quicker as they dont need to wave flags with the LED light systems in place, in the last 10 or so mins in FP2 the Yellows weren't out for long it seemed.

Lots of crashes pretty much all done on their riders own doing, mostly into the heavy braking corners.

Well done Pecco pretty much a perfect race i dont think Alex's honda would be able to stay ahead of the Ducati down that back straight if he got back ahead.

Jorge Martin done so bloody well for 3rd being as crook as he is plus those crashes in Q2 an awesome job,a great payback for the mechanics hard work rebuilding those bikes.

Todays Sprint race result. Super psyched to see Rins going well on that Honda, but maybe most impressive is Oliveira in 8th at a race he wasnt even supposed to be in after Marquez "land-sharked" him in Portugal. Quartararo is having the season he absolutely did not want! Will he still be on a Yamaha when his contract is up?
