Weather Where You Are

Winter will be here before we know it...so I bought one of these, it should take care of any snow that comes my way....

It's the Cadillac of snow blowers so you gotta pay to play...gear driven, 5 yr warranty, heated grips, finger steer, heavy gauge metal...should last me 15 yrs.

My neighbor bought a blower from Home Depot last week, he paid $2100 for it, almost everything about it is cheaply made and with a year's warranty...

Ha!
Heated grips!!!
Ok, that is pretty cool.
And yeah, you're retired, you're able to buy it, and I'm sure you shoveled your share of snow, and then some over the years.
Here's to hoping you don't use it much...and gain a few nice riding days!

I have shoveled lots of snow over the years but have had a couple snow blowers.

The one this is replacing I bought in '05 but it's getting tired....it started out as an 8 hp but over the years has lost a few I'm thinking...it works hard blowing any amount of snow.

This new one should sort that out...

...a few of the horses ran off
lol

Weathers warming up here. Most days are really nice. Few storms about. Recent one had two tornadoes and some up to 160mm hail stones, last years hail stones were big too, 140mm where I was living at the time.

After 40 years in the UK where you only saw hail in cold weather its still a bit strange to see it in Summer here. Big hail isn’t common but when you do get it smashed car windscreen and written off vehicles aren’t unusual.

Well, very light snow is falling this morning....and ice is on the top of things...the sign of things to come...
Ah, those are cool to ride in...adds to the adventure.
Rode in a few....it certainly does add to the adventure...especially when the rain finds a chink in the armor and makes it's way down to the nether regions.....
