And this is a flu shot. its covid-19. THere were 18 other covids before it. Now before I get all the koolaid flaming responses about this let me point out that I am not against the vaccine per say. I am against being forced to take a vaccine from the Government which has never happened in my lifetime. Second if I have already had it then I have anti bodies that are better than the vaccine. This from an exhaustive study of 7000 people in Israel. Fairly conclusive results. This is one of many. Yet this government ignores this and wants to force this shot on people who have already had it. AND IF YOU THINK THE SHOT IS SO EFFECTIVE THEN YOU HAVE NO REASON TO BE CONCERNED WHETHER OR NOT I HAVE HAD THE SHOT SO BUZZ OFF AND MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. Plus just as a point of fact since facts seem not to matter to koolaid drinkers out there but this vaccine has in the last year KILLED more people than all other flue vaccines combined since records have been kept over the last hundred years.

Any proof? BTW, antibodies may only last a few months.

Antibodies yes but your T-cells remember covid for years possibly 5 years to a life time through natural covid infection, so your body remembers the infection and starts producing antibodies quicker than someone who has not gotten it or vaccinated and the vaccine has waned. So basically previous infection is far more strong and long lasting than the actually vaccine and the chances of reinfection is extremely low, lower than the vaccine though it is more possible now due to the delta variant.
Lots of new studies and all intresting to read! But covid will be around forever and always now even vaccinated or not it's an endemic, consistantly and rapidly mutating like all coronavirus's

the stats are on the federal governments own websites that keep those statistics. and so far as the studies have shown that antibodies last a great deal longer. in fact so far it shows that they are present in significant amounts 12 + months later

I get a chuckle when people I ask get the flu vaccine each year but refuse this one.....
I guess my myself personally, I've received so many vaccinations over the years some of which were experimental that when the time comes for me to get one, I just get it and be done with it...
The time and effort which goes into researching the vaccine eludes me....all I had to hear is it will protect others as well as myself...that was enough to sell me. I have grandkids to think about.

I'm in the auto industry, deemed essential(whatever) and my company didn't close.
Over 20% of employees got sick with covid, a couple badly.
Masks, social distancing, CDC and Osha visits.
Me, still not sick, not in years.
So the vaccine and masks are supposed to keep vaccinated people safe from me...so the media and king fuacci say.
Soooo....nobody is putting that unknown long term effect(with some pretty F'd up short term effects) into me.
I've worked hard and paid taxes for 29 years now, so, if no jab no job comes, F it...I guess I'll sit on my ass and the government can mail me a check every month, and keep me from being evicted when I stop paying my mortgage.

"They" are experts...if some shady guy wearing ripped up denims standing in an alley told me, I would ignore that...
People with more letters than the alphabet behind their names who have nothing to gain by people getting vaccinations is enough to convince me.
Trusted ER Doctors I know and have been in combat with, of whom I've seen save the lives of some of my friends say the vaccine is needed to quell this virus....these Drs I know and respect...if they tell me the vaccine is necessary, I will take that to the bank as they don't blow smoke up anyone's rear end.
These same Drs have been on the front lines of this pandemic from day 1 and have seen many cases and many deaths as a result of Covid 19....
Your rights and your body is something to consider if that body you are living in can spread this virus to unsuspecting people who may have compromised immune systems...you can't tell which people have this affliction...that's why we get vaccines to protect the vulnerable...
....and there Are Plenty of Dr.'s opposed to the vaccine as well...people with lots of alphabets behind their names too.
I don't personally know any...and I've not heard of any Dr who works in an ER say anything to the contrary

I'll stick to being the problem, and I'm ok with that.
Do I think for one short second I would or have any desire to sway your ideology when it comes to this vaccine...I would say a big NO to that one..
What the issue is-if enough people out there gain this ideology towards the vaccine, we could be in real trouble...the only reason the Influenza pandemic of 1918 didn't wipe out the human race is there was a vaccine created....maybe people of today are more resilient....
