Dropping down the range, this ride runs right into the Lady Bird Johnson Grove, for you youngins, Lady Bird Johnson is Lyndon Johnson's wife. If you skipped 8th grade Civics class, that's one of our presidents back in the mid-60s.

I had this hair brained idea to check out the Jetty near Eureka, but get there and it's closed. Win some, lose some.

A jetty is a narrow strip of land that sticks out into the ocean. I thought it was cool.

The days ride. The Jetty is that hook at the bottom.
