I've driven 12...and still worth it
It's hard not to laugh at these people unless they seriously overpaid for these Gen-2's!? I bought my 2008 for $10,500 OTD brand new and to think they are asking more than MSRP for a new bike is just crazy.
At this point why not buy a 2022 when I only paid $16,850 OTD? About $4k more for a brand new 12-year newer bike seems to be a better choice.
It's not just Hayabusa's, all motorcycle sales have dropped SIGNIFICANTLY since 2006/2008 and are sitting.

I wouldn't say the msrp is a direct reflection of tech in the bike but also the USD not being worth as much due to inflation over the years. I do remember paying 10k for my 2004 Hayabusa but that was 18 years ago. And 11k for my 2006 GSXR1000.

The Suzuki dealer is an hour away and they said there were few gen 3s brought into Canada so pricing is at a premium. They shipped 2 bikes out of the area to sell them.
They also had 2 black leftover '19s they couldn't sell for a long, long time....they finally sold them at basically cost just to get them off their inventory.

I mean I want to say I did get the Suzuki 4 year warranty, tax, title, and what not I think I dropped another 3k cash. I can post the sale receipt minus my personal info if it helps. Walked in the dealership with a bank note for 100% only msrp check. So they weren't happy but .... so.. what 21k-22k out the door. Gotta love sales tax.

Cant even get a test ride or even sit on one here, its a case of read about it and pay upfront and we will get it as fast as possible
Beats me but that's what they are advertised for..
I suspect they may sit for a while especially since the season is quickly coming to an end..

Yep, I'd rather live here and put up with the snow as compared to what you have to put up with there...Maybe where you are. Here on Vancouver Island, Riding Season v2.0 is just starting!

Been there, you can have at it...the cost of living alone is enough to keep me away from there not to mention BC as a whole is a huge Liberal province.

You spelled "Socialist" wrong.... and yeah, the politics out here are generally 180° out from my own beliefs but then so are most provinces in Canada now. Alberta used to be my lifeline but even that province has been tainted thanks to Kenney. Not sure that there is a place left in this world for an old geezer like me...
