Well there’s your answer as to why one leads 24/7 and nobody ‘cares’ what happened in Khartoum. Can’t care about what you don’t HEAR about. That also has a lot to do with what you watch. Anything from this continent is ad driven and Sudan doesn’t generate viewers which won’t lead to revenue.
Had you wanted to see coverage from Sudan you should watch Sky News, BBC network and even Al Jazeera English can be pretty good at covering stories you’ll never see here.

...in itself is a very sad predicament....the death and destruction across the globe goes unnoticed and forgotten.....unless it's the flavor of the week....

I've fought terrorists and know how they operate.....if hostages were blown up or killed by the IDF, you can be rest assured Hamas made sure they were in an area which exposed them to this.

The Palestinian people should have been granted access to flee Gaza but the bordering countries aren't permitting this...why are these countries not held accountable as well?

Nope, I am not kidding, when it comes to humans in the year 2024 I no longer define them by color. We are all humans, evolved from Homo Sapiens 300,000 years ago with origins in Africa, and geography, the UV of the sun, the circumstances we evolved under had an influence on how we look.

These people are starving to death with no supplies. Yet they are keeping the hostages alive on that. If we look back on the terrorist handbook, the first thing they do is use civilians and civilian structures as shields...they hide amongst these and launch terror attacks with impunity thinking they are in an untouchable area....how many western troops have been killed or wounded respecting these safe zones........quite a few.....it has come to the point where safe zones are known harbors for terrorists.....the civilian population knows this as well and the IDF was kind enough to give them all forewarning so they could evacuate. Most invading forces would give no such warning and just carpet bomb the entire region into rubble with zero thought of the population....seen this done with NATO countries several times.

Combat in an FIBUA situation is the hardest thing to do...everyone is your enemy and every building is a bunker...Hamas hide amongst the population.....

I'd say if the hostages were still alive, Hamas would knowingly place them in such an area so they could be hit by the IDF in order to cast more anti-IDF sentiment.....I say this because Hamas has more tunnels than the New York subway system and could have made sure the hostages were in a safe, secure space.....if they kept them alive that is......

Many a time I've had this exact same conversation with my peers and superiors with all of us coming to a similar conclusion.

I think the key here is that Iran and their proxy Hamas have no empathy whatsoever for the Palestinians. They are using them as martyrs in an attempt to turn the world against Israel. Unfortunately they seem to be succeeding somewhat at that.
