Yeah.........the german goverment signed a contract, that Pfizer/Biontech is free from everything. If the goverment order the vaccine, they loose every right, so the german people too! Nobody in this country has the right to sue Biontech/Pfizer, even if somebody dies or is getting serious long term qonsequences. How sick is that? Its a Charter for every company. They demand your vaccination, but dont have any rights! Strange world....

In germany the hospital situation is a desaster. More hospitals close every year, becaus they dont work with profit. The big hospital companys only work for profit, not to heal the people. I ask myself, when they descide, that it is more important to make money, instead of doing the best for the patients? Bad hygiene, many malpractice, less and less staff.......and its getting worse every year. Nobody seems to notice....but...yeah...i forgett, if the media dont talk about it, its not existant....

This is a pandemic and the vaccine is there to quell this pandemic, whether it does or not is the question. If any government opened up this can of worms allowing citizens to sue, it would get out of hand in a milli-second. For the most part people are idiots and will monopolize on anything they can in order to gain a buck.

I do hear you about the hospitals and medical care, it does seem to get worse each year, here in Canada we have funded health care and even though it doesn't cost the individual you can tell you are just a number to be counted. We do have fairly decent healthcare and can go to the ER and be seen pretty quickly. Like most places we have doctor and nurse shortages and in many cases to cut costs they have less nurses than what is necessary-some wards with full beds have less nurses than they require and as a result are burning them out quickly.

It certainly doesn't sound like you are enjoying living where you are and perhaps a change of living conditions would serve you well. I've been to many countries but have yet to find a perfect one so it might be a challenge for you.
 
When i was a lad UK Nurses did everything that a patient needed , cleaned the wards, made the food attended to patients with pride and looked smart

now most do nothing much think they are doctors, wards are filthy due to outsourcing and the standard of food is shite, and most are overweight or obese .. a picture of health

I had to read that one twice as I couldn't believe my eyes the first time....with all the serving and former serving military people on this forum and someone has the audacity to type that sort of thing eludes me...

The term "keyboard cowboy" comes to mind...

I want to revisit this with you...

You either are a former serving soldier who is just pulling my leg trying (and successfully so) to get a rise out of me or;

You are very ignorant to what a military does.

In my case, most times my presence in a certain region was generally unknown and I like to think I saved more lives than I took.

Western conventional militaries fight a 3 block war-warfighting, peacekeeping and humanitarian aid sometimes all at the same time or in very close conjunction to one another.

That was under the UN, Dutchbat was in charge of that region (they relieved Canadian troops before the massacre took place).

The Dutch were very light on the ground and were unable to do anything against the attacking Serbs.
I remember this because we all said we wished we were still in the region.
My team was on ground in a different sector but heard about this in the in-country briefs...we had just left Srebrenica a few weeks before the Serb advance. We were "rubber-balled" all over the region during those days.

Being under the UN mandate was not a good thing, it was a real mess, we had a NATO directive on one side and a UN mandate on the other and many times they wouldn't talk to each other.
